An earthquake was felt. For last few months, earthquakes are becoming more and more common in my country. But everytime, a quake hits, the fear rises more.

This is my second time feeling a quake away from my home. I am right now I'm my college dorm. Everybody is panicking. Even the seniors who generally who rag us are being really comforting. All the junior in my floor( which is only 5 people) have decided to stay together in my room. I'm still scared. We still don't know about the intensity or any damage caused by the quake. I'm just trying to calm myself and my friends. I don't know how much long we have to stay like this. No one wants to sleep. It's past 12 at night, but I'm wide awake and so are my friends.

When I was small, I used to think how does a quake feels like. But now that I have felt not only one but many, I wonder how people live in place a likeJapan where quakes are so common. I just hope it all passes soon.
