I can't believe I'm saying this, but it's Don't Go by Bring Me The Horizon. This is literally the only screamo song that I like (and the only song by BMTH that I like). It's sad and desperate. If you're curious about it, listen to it first and only then go read the comments, and you'll find out how the song was actually written (it's pretty awful).
