So.
I've been seeing lately and not just lately,  that a lot of the more favorited applyfics are ones that are mainly girl groups, are made by very new people who don't exactly know everything just yet and love stories.
And I want to ask why?
Why do they get attention only when there are countless other applyfics who deserve the same love?
And even when girl groups are in high demand, there are still applyfics out there that have girl groups and don't at all get any attention.
Is it a bias? What does it take to get attention on applyfics around here?
Don't get me wrong, I usually get some attention my self, but after a little bit of me getting giddy and getting applicants and reviewing them, they just stop. 
It's like they just forget my story exists even though they're subscribed.
Someone please share the secret of applyfic attention because I'm sure all of us really need it right now.
I wish that people would appreciate the time and effort people who are experienced in applyfics, put into them.
I wish they wouldn't just glance at them and deem them not good enough and move on.
I wish that they'd at least comment and say "Wow! That's such an original and awesome idea! It deserves a lot more attention than what it's getting!"
I wish that they'd at least share it with their friends to see if others would enjoy it.
I wish people would go out of their way to help smaller known authors of applyfics.
Because if we're supposed to be a community, why are we being biased towards each other?
This brings me to another topic.
People who make confession stories and others who only go on to bash each other and be very rude.
Why is this a thing? Are humans really this bitter towards one another that they  go out of their way to make sure someone else is hurt?
They can't live a second without being so mean to someone they don't even know?
People complain about not being chosen, or being chosen and the story gets discontinued.
You need to stop and think that maybe there is a reason behind this?
That you weren't so mindlessly not chosen, or that the story was discontinued not because the author got bored with it, but maybe because something happened in their REAL life. Out side of updating things for you.
I don't understand why  there's so much hate in this community.
We all want to be friends, right? You all wanna make friends in this community and be able to talk to each other and authors and applicants, right?
So why the hell are you being ignorant biggots?
Why do you think you're so entitled to only listen to yourself, when you could listen to everyone's views and maybe find yourself thinking the same way?
Why won't you open your heart and listen to people?
Why won't you see that over all the girl groups, boys need love too? Over all the romance, angst is nice sometimes too?
I see so many good boy groups and angst stories going to waste because no one applys to them.
I my self have had many applyfics that come from my heart with a pretty good start I'd say, only for people to look and not even try anything.
 Can someone please explain to me why people only flock to certain applyfics?
Why won't people give others a chance?
I know some people aren't particularly fond of angst, or even romance honestly.
I know I'm not fond of lovey dovey crap most of the time.
But angst is good when your emotions are all built up and you feel like you wanna cry. Angst may hurt, but it's good for the soul c:::::::::::::::::

Why won't you all give different things a try?
//Speaking on this, I'll try to get into more romantic/lovey type applyfics when I have the time, since my main focus is on my own applyfics. //

So in conclusion, I just want to know why people ignore the hidden gems in this community and flock to the gems already on display?
