Is it copyright infringement if I use a BTS photo in my photoshop class? O.O

So I made a banner for my photoshop 2 class and the professor is now emailing me asking if he uses this banner would he get sued for copyright infringement.... i dont know. can someone please help me?

It is copyright. My lecturer told me once when i was in my photoshop class as well. If i'm not mistaken, according to my lecturer. She said if it's for class usage its alright but as long as it is not being post online or distributed as a printed media. But if your professor is using it as an example to his student i think it wouldnt be a problem. Remember as long as it is not being circulate in the internet or outside of the class.
