Exo'luXION NYC

I'm literally in shock right now. I got tickets to see EXO live, at the New Jersey Prudential Center. Please excuse me while I sit here reeling from the shock of this.

Not only did I get tickets, I accidently bought PIT tickets. Pit as in standing. With the insane EXO-L's and sasaeng fans.

Let me tell you a little something about my experiance with EXO sasaeng fans and just kpop pit concert experiances in general.

Two years ago I went to see BAP's Live on Earth concert at the Best Buy Center in Manhattan. I got pit tickets then not thinking anything of it. Well, that was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. The BABY's were rude, pushing, shoving, a girl got trampled, so those BABYs could get as close to the stage as possible. It was freezing cold that night, yet, in the pit, it was at least 95 degrees. The amount of bodies dropping like flies from exhaustion and lack of oxygen was so bad that the paramedics were waiting on scene and a line of ambulances were waiting outside to take people to the hospital. People were getting shoved up against the barriers left and right and it was just an awful experiance for not only myself and the few others around me that were uneffected by the pandemonium, but, for BAP as well. There was a point in time when Daehyun, that sweet, angel, stopped and literally asked for everyone to calm down and behave. That, is how bad it was.

Then, I went to LA Kcon when EXO was there. There were many fans from all around the United States as well as from Korea there. Well, let me tell you a little something about the sasaeng fans who by the way, were the actual fans from Korea. They were rude, pushing and shoving, cutting people in line, one even pushed this sweet girl who couldn't have been anymore than ten or so, to get out of her way so she could pass and advance further in the line. Then, in the actual concert area, I stood in the pit while those beautiful men performed but it was very, very difficult to enjoy it when it was a repeat of the BAP concert with pushing, shoving, not to mention the cursing and the people trying to grab at the boys to PULL them into the crowd.

So. With that said, I am extremelly unhappy about my mistake of buying pit tickets. Not only that, I'm extrodinarilly confused, my tickets tell me section GA4, then the ROW number and then a SEAT number. Why, if I'm supposed to be in the pit, is there a seat number? I've never been to this particular venue so I'm unsure of how their seating works. I just know that the seating chart displays General Admission as the standing only area and my ticket says GA which I can only assume stands for General Admission, so why on earth is there a seat number?

I'd certianly appreciate input. Please do keep in mind, I am in no way shape or form NOT excited, I'm very excited to see Exo in concert, in my home state. Well, actually not really my home state. Im from New York. So please elaborate for me why the hell they announced that Exo will be performing in New York, when in reality, they're performing in New Jersey. New Jersey is NOT New York. Soooo I'd definitely love to know why. Kcon was that way, it said NEW YORK KCON, but it was actually located in New Jersey.

BUT ANYWAY. Yeah. Excited as can be but also terrified and really hoping that this Exo concert experiance will not be a repeat of my Exo Kcon concert experiance or my BAP concert experiance.

I was able to attend a concert and being a poor fangirl, I was only able to afford the cheapest tix which was GA. And it's a "dream concert" BTW so a lot of fans from different fandoms were there. As a fan of course I would like to see them up close and touch them. LOL. But when the concert started, I was like, I am never going to that section! It's too suffocating just too see them cramped in front of the stage! XD And now that you've supported my theory...I REALLY WILL NEVER GO THERE. Unless, we can make sure that everyone's all discplined. >_<

BRO WTF THAT SOUNDS SO FREAKING WILD
HONESTLY SOME KPOP FANS ARE SO FKING EXTRA
yeah so like when i was buying my tickets, i was like "there's NO way in hell i'm sitting in the pit" (unfortunately, i couldn't even get the sitting tickets near the stage- like my seats are decent but i could've gotten better ones :///). anyway, at an arctic monkeys concert, one of my classmates was in the pit, and someone dumped a cup of beer on her LMAOOOOOO. and i KNEW that the exo concert would be full of crazy ing fangirls so i was like hell ing no.
