College kids UNITE

So after many long semesters, it turns out that I will finally be able to transfer to my Uni in the Fall. ;;

My main concern right now is the fact that I have to take out student loans. Where did yall take out student loans at and do you take out a loan enough for the year or do you take out the total sum of being there until you graduate? ;A; I've been searching and haven't found the answer I've been looking for yet T^T HEEEEELP~

Also for those who are subbed to my stories, I will by updating a lot within this semester because once summer comes, I will be busy trying to prepare for my transfer that I won't have time to update. So be prepared for a lot of updates ^^

I forgot where I signed up for my loans but I remember that info being in my financial aid packet I got from St. John's. Maybe when you do financial aid for the school you're transferring to there will be the loan info? I took out 3 loans, subsidized, unsubsidized and one that I got from the school and the amount that you're borrowing is only for one year so if you need to take out loans for every year, then you have to apply? I'm not sure since I'm just in my first year but hope this helps c: Also, don't take out the federal unsubsidized loan unless you absolutely need the extra money because the interest accrues and you have to constantly pay it back unless you want the principal amount to explode when you graduate.
