( background ) : skylar was born on valentine's day or the year 1994. she grew up exercising a lot due to her father being a mma fighter and her mother being a yoga trainer. as she grew up, she learnt some defensive moves from her father and soon gained an interest in mma. when she turned around 7-10, kpop started to become big that even she heard it all the way in montreal due to her friend (which she knew through her father who lived in korea). she got into kpop very quickly and has been listening to kpop since then. when she turned 10, her family moved to osaka, her mother's homeland and has been living there then. ever after, she flies to s.korea from time to time to attend concerts to show her support to her idols. she learnt korean outside of school and also took it up as her third language in high school. then, in 2012, she got into exo and has been supporting them since their debut till now.

• mother / miku yukimura / 46 / skylar talks to her mother oftenly. because skylar is very dedicated to training and studying, skylar rarely talks to her mother in face. most of the time, she texts her mother most of the time and go shopping when they have time.
• father / martin hughes / 47 / skylar rarely sees her father as he is usually back in his office in montreal. yet, skylar's father visits the family once every month and his father is the source of skylar's money, so she tends to ask her father to not worry about money because she has enough to survive.
• elder brother / mitchell hughes, yukimura mitsuo  / 24 / as her brother owns a gym in korea (her brother's deep into kpop), during the show, skylar goes to his gym to exercise and go through her exercise routine with him. the two communicate very easily through videocalling. mitchell is very protective over her sister.
• younger sister / myrtle hughes, minako yukimura / 15 / myrtle and skylar's conversations are always friendly, the two of them act like normal friends and have fun freely without worrying.

• best friend / yeo jihyun / 21 / the two are as close as sisters. skylar has known her since birth. her father and jihyun's father used to study together in montreal and the two were friends despite the fact that the 2 of them lived in different contries. then two of them sometimes fly to each other's countries every 3 months. jihyun was also the one who introduced her to kpop
• best friend / arisu sonoda / 21 / they met each other when they studied in high school, the two got close due to their interest in exo and kpop and became close friends soon, when skylar flew to s.korea for the show, arisu came along with her to korea.

( How and when did you get into KPop? ) : honestly, I don't even know, let me count /skylar starts using her fingers to count/ probably when I was 9 or 10 when I really got into it. my best friend jihyun who lived in s.korea recommended it to me and I got into it. literally. /skylar make the 'whoosh' sound with /. /cameramen and pd laughs/
 

( How long have you been into exo, especially chanyeol? ) : ever since their debut in 2012. at first when i heard what is love, i was a little meh. but when mama and history rolled out... /awkward silence/ i had a heart attack /.../ when i first saw chanyeol, i literally lost my heart. doesn't that happen to every exo-l /skylar laughs/
 

( how did you find out about KBS' online raffle? Did you read it from their website, via friend or from an advertisement? ) : well, nowadays we have the internet and especially instagram. i just happen to see a kpop dedicated account and he or she was telling us about how everyone could meet our biases so I just kinda, yeah. /silence/ yeah.
 

( What did you feel when a KBS representative called you to tell you that you were one of the five lucky winners of the raffle? ) : i never expected it. i just joined it because even if I wasn't chosen, 10 lucky fans will get free tickets to our biases concerts so I could get the tickets. i thought it was a joke, so if took the representative forever to make me believe it. and my mother had to believe it too. /pd-nim: you seem to be made for variety shows hahaha/ i am ing awesome. (  

( How was your first meeting with chanyeol? ) : i don't even remember. i probably was way too happy excited. i mean, it was literally like meeting michael jackson who just rose up from his grave. chanyeol was so nice to me, it seemed just like a dream, he was so freaking nice to me. i'd actually expect us to be pretty awkward since i am a fan but i wasn't that weird. 
 

( as you continue to get to know your idol in person, did you feel disappointed at some point where he or she was not that perfect man/woman that you expected to be? Why? ) : nom i never actually thought so, even i am not perfect, why would i expect perfection of someone else. in my eyes, chanyeol will always be perfect with or without his flaws. /skylar laughs when she finds what she says a little overly fangirl/
 

( what will you do after the 100 days, after coming back to your home country and your old life, that you find out that you completely fell for him or her? As the member of the opposite , not only as a celebrity crush, that is. ) : i kind of expected it, but there is nothing i can do about it right? love is uncontrollable, maybe in the future these feelings will vanish and all i remember are the happy memories of me and him. if things go well and we fall in love again or something, then i won't hesitate to accept the chance.

( on-cam ) : chanyeol on camera is comfortable with the existence of skylar. chanyeol is cool (very charismatic) towards skylar, she finds him so cute after he starts to show his self.

( off-cam ) : chanyeol becomes a normal 24 man who just wants to chill and have fun. with s, he goes crazy (just like on com though). chanyeol is just a nice kid who yearns for fun off cam.

( first meeting ) : at the start they were awkward with the first sentence, but after skylar started sharing more about herself, chanyeol got more interested and starts sharing more about himself.

( interactions ) : chanyeol usually eats the breakfast made by skylar in the morning. also, chanyeol calls her by her unofficial korean name 'haeryun-ah'. when they are together, skylar is such a natural that sometimes chanyeol is surprised when she starts hugging him or when he holds her hands. chanyeol is kind of like a protective brother at the start, but after, he's kind of like a cute boy who wants some attention.

 

( status ) : at first, after the show ends, her family decided to move to s.korea to support their son and his gym, as well as th fulfill their daughter's long time wish which was to stay in s.korea. then, the two meet again at another fanmeeting. it was then, chanyeol and skylar became closer friends after chanyeol knew that she was staying in s.korea. after being great friends, the two get together after a year.
