Where oh where have I been?!

I know, I know. I haven't updated any of my fanfictions since... September, I believe? Waaaay over a month already! Yikes... Well, that's going to change soon.
I have said things here and there, though I don't know if everyone has read the 'My Thoughts' section below each chapter, but I have said multiple times that I will be updating more often, updating every week, etc. etc. That, however, has proven to be a little more difficult than I had assumed. So, I will be trying to update more often, just not as often as I used to be able to. Yes, I do miss being able to update everyday, but I guess I'll have to work my way back up to that point once more.
Now, that said, there are also going to be a few changes to my chapters.
Originally, I used to have to try and reach ten pages for each chapter. Yes, I admit, it doesn't make for the best chapter. In fact, it's just dragging out a situation for much longer than it needs to be. However, that is changing. Instead, now, I will just simply end the chapter where I believe is a good section. Yes, there will still be different scenes occuring in one chapter. The chapter just may end up feeling shorter than the other chapters. This will may allow for faster updates as well as potentially better chapters that aren't dragging on. Now, if that's a bit confusing, then that's okay! I'm still working on it, so I may not be all that good at it.
So that that's out of the way, are people curious about why I haven't been updating much? I mean... I guess not, since it's a rather boring topic to touch upon. Plus, everyone has their moments that make them feel like they have no time for everything. Buuuut, just in case there's someone out there who is curious, I guess I will tell anyway!
Currently, my older brother and his family have moved down to Texas from New York since it's cheaper here. While they have been staying here, my niece and nephew would every now and then want to play with me or someone would need me to do something. Alongside assignments and almost constantly going out on the weekends, I kind of don't have much time. Sadly, when I do have time, I'm either too tired and fall back asleep or I'm lazy and I literally forget about everything. I know, not the best excuse, but for some reason, writer's block tends to keep me distant from writing. Samething with artist block, but that isn't too important at the moment.
But yes! I will be updating soon, I just don't exactly know when. So, I apologize for the inconvenience and I hope that you will all be just a little more patient on me.
