× The three siblings of the Lemerian royal family have been blessed with an almost supernatural beauty. With an aura of authority and aloof nonchalance, Sungeun stands at 5-10 and weighs about 170 lbs. His hair is a dark shade of red, almost black. He has sharp features, and has a playful and mischevious smirk, though this is compounded with an almost eternal sadness in his eyes. Sungeun has numerous tattoos and scars across his body, markings of a true warrior.

× Sungeun is a very spontaneous person, and  takes action based on whatever peaks his interest at the time. He makes decisions on a whim, and this tends to cause problems for those around him since half of them don't make any real sense. One such occasion occuredwhen Sungeun decided taht he wanted to try to fruit of the Tree of Spirtis in the Sacred forest that was within the Lemerian Kingdom. Legend has it that the Tree of Spirits was guarded by a malevolent being who hated people, and any one who goes into the Sacred Forest never came out, so it was a largely avoided area, but nope. Sungeun really wanted the fruits, so he disappeared for a few hours. His actions caused mass panic amongst the Lemerian Army, much to his surprise when he came back safe and sound with some apples from the castle kitchen. Sungeun doesn't normally think of the repurcussions of his actions, he just has a go ahead and do it attitude and deal with the consequences later. Sungeunis observant, even though his demenour would not suggest so. He knows what is going on around him, and he knows of the talk in his fathers courts about him and his sisters. He can look at any situation and quickly grasp the social cues, and is also quick to know when something is wrong, though he is a bit too blunt with his words at times. 

× To those he is close to, Sungeun is attentive, caring and very loyal. Contrary to many people's perceptions, Sungeun is very close to his two sisters, and he would never dream of killing Jin Ah to take the throne for himself. He trusts her with his own life, and he tells her almost everything. Almost. He holds a soft spot for his younger sister Tzuyu, and he would do absolutely anything for her, including letting her name his own personal squadron, the Unicorns of Love.  He is very loyal to those that he calls his friends, and trusts them implicitly. He is willing to sacrifice himself for their safety, and is depending on the situation is accepting of those who have done him wrong in the past. However, if someone has hurt anyone of the people he cares about, he will hold the grudge forever. He has an undying hatred for his father, and his 2 main drives in life is to kill him and reawaken his love of life. He hates it when girls cry and it gets him all flustered and panicked. He will do anything to make it stop.

× when not in battle, Sungeun has a reputation for being a bit too reckless for a prince, too laid back for a commander, and not taking the crown name seriously enough. He enjoys simple activities in life, such as looking for food, brewing tea, and napping in places where no one can find him, such as in a tree. He loves to around with his best friend Mino, constantly being a pain to his other generals, but he does have a serious side to him. In battle, he is absolutely merciless. He is not called the Prince of Ruin for nothing, and he slaughters all enemies indiscriminately. Ever since he has started wielding the cursed sword Altera, Sungeun has found that he enjoys fighting. He enjoys the indsicriminate slaughter of enemies as they cower and it sometimes frightens his own men when they see how much fun he is having in battle. His personality has taken a turn for the worse while holding onto the sword, but he is not willing to let go of it yet.

× As a warrior, most people think they have a code of honor or something. Not true for Sungeun. With a kingdom resting on his shoulders, he can't afford to have honor on the battlefield. He will use any tactic (short of hostage taking) to his advantage. Even if an enemy is retreating, unless they have unconditionally surrendered he wll order his army to annihilate them. Enemy is running from you? Shoot them in the back. In a fight he will spit, eye gouge, kick the otehr person's balls, anything to gain an advantage. In a matter of life and death, you do what you can to survive. He is not a fan of grandstanding, and will try to end battles quickly, even if he enjoys the fighting. Prolonging a battle is not worth the risk to his men and his friends. 

× Sungeun has greedy and selfish aspects to his personality. If he wants something, he tends to just take it without much thought. Normally he will still himself if he has a good enough reason, but if its something that he really and truly desperately wants (awakening his one love?), he will consider sacrificing everything for that one thing, no matter the cost. Sungeun is also impatient with bratty people. He considers them idiots, and will not hesitate to call them out for it. If they say, throw a fit in his presence, he will not hesitate to draw his sword and threaten them. even if he wont attack them, he will scare them. He hates self righteous people, and would rather people be practical and more realistic.

× He was considered a genius warrior at the age of 14, and gained his own squadron. he promptly let an 8 yr old Tzuyu name them cuz it seemed like a good life decision. Thus, the Unicorns of Love were born.
× Contrary to popular belief, he is very close with his sister Jin Ah, and he hates it whenever he hears the whispers that he will try to kill her for the throne. 
× When he first went into the sacred forest was when he met his one love.
× He once led his 3 top generals and their armies to another country, making them think that they were being invaded, when all he really wanted was to personally buy some of their exquisite tea.

× The Lemerian Empire was always a mmilitary force to be reckoned with. The current Emperor is still one of the most feared men and generals in the world. Every iteration of the royal family has had a military genius, and the current generation is no exception. Lee Sungeun was born the second of 3 children, and considered a prodigy when it came to military command and warfare. However, he hated dealing with stupid politics, so while he was seen as an excellent commander, there were those who were apprehensive about him taking the throne. His older sister Jin Ah on the other hand, was reknowned for her beauty and her wits. She played the game of politics perfectly, and was seen as the front runner to be next in line for the throne. However, She did not have the military presence her brother did. The last sibling, Tzuyu, came to be known as the reclusive princess. The Empress died giving birth to her, and her father has treated her with utmost contempt ever since. Though she had beauty that rivalled her older siblings, she was not an expert in anything, and the Emperor made sure to point this out at every turn, and eventually he just ignored her. 

× The emperor instead focused all his time on making Sungeun the perfect soldier. Sungeun's childhood was nonexistent, he was training since the day he could walk. His father was cruel, and punished him with every little mistake he made, and if he made enough mistakes Tzuyu would be brought in to be punished as well. Seeing his sister be hurt was only the beginning of his hatred for his father. Jin Ah displayed no talent for warfare, but was a deceptive and knew her way around the courts and how to talk to nobles and people of importance. She garnered massive favor amongst the lords, with many of them pledging their loyalty to her when she became the next heir to the throne. She also hated her father, but with her in such an open position, she needed to keep her anger hidden. She gave off a cold indiffeenrce to Tzuyu in public, but in private would be the first to apologize and comfort her younger sister. 

× Sungeun met his best friend Minho in training. Also considered a prodigy at fighting with the spear, Minho quickly became Sungeun's closest friend and rival. When Sungeun was granted permission to form his own squadron, Minho was the first choice to become the captain. When Sungeun was 17, a rival faction sent an assassin after him. She attempted to shoot him with an arrow, but Minho noticed her earlier andknocked her out, but not before she managed to loose her shot. The commotion made Sungeun aware of the situation and he expertly sidestepped the arrow. Any second later and it would've gone through his eye. Impressed with the shot, he made his way to the pinned down archer. Minho was ready to execute her when Sungeun gave the word to let her go. After finding out that the archer had been forced into the assassination due to her sister being held hostage, Sungeun offered her a position in his squadron and promised to save her sister. The archer agreed, and after the group saved her sister, Shin Hyejeong officially joined the Unicorns of Love. 

× THe Lemerian Royal family's castle is located right beside a massive forest that was said to house a massive magical tree whos fruit were said to be suuuuper tasty. This forest was known as the Sacred Forest, and it was said that many magical beasts lived inside and a malevelent spirit guarded the massive tree. Any who ventured into the forest were never seen again. Sungeun decided one day that he really wanted to try the fruits. His entire army was horrified at the thought of their prince going into the forest, and when Sungeun disappeared mass panic ensued. Sungeun really did go into the forest cuz why not yoloswag, he really wanted to eat that magical fruit. He made it to the tree where he was confronted by the tree's guardian. It was not some big scary monster, instead it was the spirit of a beautiful girl named Seulg. She warned him to leave and threw him back with her telekinetic powers. She didn't want to hurt him, but Sungeun was persistent. Seulgi broke down into tears after the 50th timeshe threw Sungeun away and he still came back.Flustered, Sungeun calmed her down, saying that fine he wouldn't take any of the fruit. It wasn't worth her crying. He sat there awkwardly until she finished, and when she calmed down, he told her that she was pretty cute, to which Seulgi blushed furiously and teleported him out of the forest. Sungeun grabbed an apple from the castle kitchens and made his way back to his army, and much to his surprise found Minho about to order a full raid into the forest to find him.

× Sungeunnever stopped visiting Seulgi after. At first she was annoyed, but she soon grew to enjoy his company. They eventually fell in love with each other, and their love affair went on for a few years. It was during this time that Sungeun discovered that the Tree was a prison for a cursed blade that was said to make its wielder a true conqueror, and mad at the fact that Seulgi was forced to guard it for all eternity, he pulled the sword out. Through sheer willpower, he limits the sword Altera's influence on him, but in battle Sungeun turned sadistic and violent.  A few weeks before the mission to accompany Alterie Princess, Sungeun proposed to Seulg to which she happily accepted.  Sungeun's father eventually found out about his son's engagement with a spirit, and furious that he would jeapordize any future pairings with other kingdoms, ordered one of his personal magic castors to take care of Seulgi, The magician made his way into the forest, and after a brief struggle was able to place seulgi under a powerful sleeping curse. The next time Sungeun made his way to the forest, he found seulgi's body in a stasis under the tree. After a period of mourning, he grew furious and he tracked down and slayed the magician responsible, and pushed up his plans for overthrowing his father and end his reign. Minho and Hyejeong realized this, and together with Jin Ah they convinced the emperor to send Sungeun on a mission far away in order to protect him from his father's wrath.  And so, after a heartbreaking end to his engagement, Sungeun is now stuck babysitting the brat of Alterie. He is thrilled. Sungeun has vowed revenge on his father, and he will not rest until he is dead and he ahs Seulgi back in his arms. he will get her back, and he'll burn down his entire kingdom to do so.

× Sungeun hates him with a burning passion. He hates him for his role in Seulgi's eternal slumber, and also for his cruel treatment of Tzuyu, who he deems useless. The Emperor knows of his sons hatred, but he also understands that he cannot do anything to him lest he tears the kingdom apart. He is  an even better fighter then Sungeun , and he watches over Jin Ah with the eyes of a hawk to ensure his chosen heir will not disappoint.

×  Sungeun and Jin Ah are close despite their interactions in public. As Jin Ah must maintain a diplomatic image, she maintains a cold distance from her two younger siblings. However, behind closed doors they all talk to each other and complain to each other. They love spending time together and Jin Ah knows all about Seulgi, though not the fact that she and Sungeun are engaged. The public seems to think that Sungeun is willing to kill Jin Ah to reach the throne, but the opposite cannot be any more true. He does not want the throne, and Jin Ah is more than willing to oblige that request.

× Tzuyu was always the baby of the family. Her older siblings protected her from their father's wrath who deemed her useless. In all honesty she is a normal teenaged girl who was placed into a ty situation. Sungeun loves her deeply and will do anything fo her. She is under the impression taht she is simply around to cause problems for her older siblings, though they always tell her that is not the case.

× the biggest idiot in the world in Sungeun's eyes. You want to annoy every older general in the army by letting chickens run around in their houses? Minho is down. You need a wingman? Minho is the guy u need. You wanna get black out drunk? Minho says YES.  He is the only one in the kingdom able to fight Sungeun evenly, apart from the emperor, and they have been best friends since they were kids. While Sungeun is away, Minho is promoted to be the general of the Lemerian army until Sungeun is back. His main weapon is the spear and he is damn good with it.

He recruited her into his squad when he learned of her skills with shooting, and she is indebted to Sungeun for the help in rescuing her sister. She is the mother of the group, constantly trying to wrangle the two boys in from causing any more trouble and trying to maintain Sungeun's princely image on which he is hellbent on destroying.

He thinks she is a spoilt entitled brat, and she thinks he is a uncaring  jerk with a  mean streak.

×  Seulgi can be a temperamental girl. Forced to watch over the Tree of Spirts as it housed the cursed blade Altera, she was very lonely for a very long time. When Sungeun showed up, she wasn't sure how to react to him since she had been alone for so long. When she first met Sungeun she had a very cold demenor, but he slowly chipped away until she showed her true self. She can be impatient and whiny, but she is also very caring. She loves to cuddle, and is very sweet to people once she knows them better. She worries a lot now that Sungeun pulled the Cursed blade out, but since she is tied to the tree by magic she cannot leave the forest. 

× She is very shy when she first meets new people, and especially when she meets Sungeun's friends and sisters (they had to sneak them out at night). It takes a few meetings for them to finally say a word to each other. SHe can be a huge worry wart and always wonders if Sungeun is getting hurt when he is in battles, or whetehr he is eating enough, and Sungeun always reassures her taht he is fine. Seulgi bonds with Tzuyu a lot when Sungeun isnt around because Tzuyu is the only one of the siblings who does not have a guard constantly following her.

× Sungeun first met her when he decided one day out of the blue he wanted to eat a fruit form the big tree in the Sacred Forest. Sungeun annoyed the crap out of her when he showed up at the tree. She threw Sungeun away with psychic powers many times. Sungeun kept coming back. Seulgi eventually cried in annoyance and anger. Sungeun felt awkward. Sungeun told her he thought she was cute. Seulgi is embarrassed and teleports Sungeun back to the castle. 

× Sungeun keeps visiting and annoying Seulgi. She eventually breaks and they become close friends. They fall in love with each other. Sungeun pulls sword out of tree. Seulgi is mad and scared and worried. Sungeun be like "i got this". Eventually, Sungeun proposes to Seulgi that they should get married. Seulgi is happy. Emperor King Dad is mad. Orders magican to take care of Seulgi. Fights with Seulgi when Sungeun is away and puts her into an eternal slumber. Sungeun cries. Sungeun is mad and kills magician.
