PERSONALITY. 

ok pls prepare for iness bc i'm horrible at explaining. but basically, haneul is very...interesting. she's very 50 / 50 and can be any trait really, depending on the situation. she's very adaptable. but one major trait is her open - mindedness. she herself knows that she's very prone to mistakes and so doesn't think she should hold other people accountable for theirs. she's also a very big believer in people being different, so she's very accepting and understanding of like everything. but from this open - mindedness comes her insecurity. she knows she's prone to mistakes. very prone. she knows omg. even if she's not making mistakes - omg okay she's just very insecure. she's usually the happy virus of the group and is always light hearted and stuff, but in her mind, she's thinking of millions of different ways that what she said could be taken the wrong way. because of this, she never really means what she says when she's like sarcastically mean. she would never want to be on the bad side of anyone and actually worries quite a lot about what people think of her, because she doesn't want anyone to dislike her. i feel like there isn't really a part about her that people can pinpoint and be like 'yeah that's kind of annoying'. her personality basically revolves around not wanting to hear that, so she aims to please. but then even if people don't necessarily dislike her, she dislikes herself, especially since she doesn't want to stress all the time over people taking her the wrong way and yeah. i don't know how to explain it, but basically she actually really cares a lot how people think of her. and it's not like 'omg i have to be pretty and have lots of instagram followers', it's just like 'i don't want people to dislike me or feel uncomfortable or anything'. she just worries about it a lot, a bit more than the next person. but other than the worrywart side of her, she's overall just a very nice, caring, girl who loves making people laugh and is weird and loud and you'd never think she was this deep or caring or anything. she may be loud and talkative around her friends, but when she's not with them, she kind of loses some of her confidence ( especially around older people. she feels very inferior, not wanting them to think she's like attention seeking or something . like, she needs to know her place around all these sunbaes ack ! ) and because of this doesn't have the best leadership qualities or anything. she's always been reasonable, though, and when she knows it's needed, she'll speak up. she might not like the title very much, but she's kind of the goody - two - shoes of the group. yeah. omg this was horrible.

TRIVIAS. 

• she loves making people laugh. like, she lives for it.

• she's pretty much a morning person. she's definitely not a night person omg. unless there's like, what, some rare full moon and she's not tired.

• she can not cook for her life. i'm not even kidding.

• her catchphrase is 'heol daebak'. *someone cooks breakfast* heol daebak. *they go to the ocean* heol daebak. *jimin and jungkook and hoseok dance* heol daebaek. *sees kogi* heol daebak. *sees cute guy on the street* heol daebak.

• she is deathly afraid of spiders. if you ask her to kill one or just put her near one or anything idek idec she will cry.

• goody - two - shoes does NOT like getting in trouble. she doesn't want to seem uptight, but she just doesn't like getting on people's bad side.

• her hands get clammy easily and they get cold easily too. yes, very bipolar.

• mother duri don't gotta worry about this girl in the ocean. she hates the ocean. psh, she's not scared. no, it's just her enemy. nope. not scared.

• she can be seen as the jukebox too, since she's humming to herself like 24/7. i'm not even kidding. and she'll do lame things like make puns with the songs or something. like if someone's like 'i'll be back~!' she'll automatically just sing 2pm's 'i'll be back'. if she hears any reference to a kpop song, she'll probably sing the part.

• she loves ice cream and babies. hah. why is that funny.

• she has contacts and without them, she can barely see anything.

• she has a pretty lame sense of humor. half of her life is her laughing at her own jokes as everyone kind of just gives her that 'omg why do i know you tf is wrong with you' look.

• she loves feeding people ( cue moments with, like, everyone tyvm ). and she likes being fed, as well.

• another catchphrase - "what the". she will most always drag the 'theeee' out and has a certain face for it, too. she wrinkles her nose and furrows her eyebrows. it's rather unappealing. she uses it in appropriate situations. *namjoon tries to dance after jimin, jungkook, and hoseok do* what theeeee. *the girls are gossipping about some rumored ert near eunpyeong* what theeeee. *jimin compliments her body* what theeeee. *sees some freak of nature - koffkofftaehyungkoff -* what theeeee.

• hairflipping is kinda her thing

• she has a habit of making deranged strained animal noises. especially when she does things like get up from sitting down or dropping her food.

• she's actually pretty into photography. she's not amazing, but she doesn't . so she does bring a camera to vacation and just takes pictures at random times and vlogs and stuff.

• she's a very good listener. but she at advice tbh.

• i just want to emphasize on her tomboy - ish side. she doesn't really like girly aegyo - y girls ( but i mean if she has someone like that amongst her friends, she doesn't hate them. she prolly thinks they're cute honestly ). but she just personally doesn't want to be like that herself and so she's actually pretty tomboy - y and like. yeah. she doesn't really like doing aegyo and she doesn't like wearing skirts and she likes wearing hats and she likes sitting with her legs spread open and she likes tomboy - ish style and even her singing voice is more comfortable at a lower pitch. but she's not full boyish. she's just a pretty nice balance.

• but omg she loves getting hype to hype music ( yoongi's mixtapes -- )

• like she sees aegyo - y girls and is just like ...how...? why? like. i don't understand.

• she actually likes rap like wow. she can pretty much do the whole epik high - born hater rap ( with lyrics lol ). she's not like some rap genius but she just likes knowing raps.

• she ( enter good girl ) doesn't cuss. so when she does raps, she just doesn't speak when there are cuss words ( censoring herself hah ). so whenever anyone does cuss, she smacks their arm. ( imagine the fire between her and yoongi hAH )

• idk if you've realized but i mean she's pretty good at singing hah.

• she's so indecisive i can't. don't ask her anything pls.

• she's very good at daydreaming. and plus she watches a lot of like prank cameras and kdramas and has a kind of wild imagination, and so like when she sees just one simple thing, her mind can go everywhere with any kind of possibility. so if something happens, she's already thinking of what can happen, so when she's right ( and she usually is ), she's just like heh. for example, when the person who rented them the house was acting all sketch, she was like lol what if he lent it out to someone else too. omg what if it's a hot guy wow summer romance

• she's just very used to being the maknae because she's a november baby and 98 so yeah.

BACKGROUND

haneul hasn't had the most tragic life, but she hasn't had a great one, either. she was born and raised for half her life in the states by a single mom, her dad having left them when she was 4. she never really understood why at that age and she still doesn't know the reason, since she can't really see any good that could come out of knowing. but other than that lack of a direct father image, she got along just fine. when she was about 8, however, her mom decided to move the whole family ( haneul, her mom, and their grandparents ) to south korea, much to haneul's dislike. her ( somewhat ) rebellious teenage stage came early on account of this, which allowed more room for fights with her mom and such. but once haneul was some years into middle school, she had found the group of friends and they were like her refuge. especially when her grandpa passed away when she was 14. she was going through some sort of depression and his death only worsensed it, but with the help of her friends and other stuff, she got a lot better. she still has never told anyone the FULL story of that time period, though. with this lack of a definite male figure in her life ( plus the fact that she now attends an all - girls high school ), it's always been kind of challenging for her to really understand guys. however, her open - mindedness makes up for it. and plus, since she went to an american school, it's not like she sees bangtan and is like wHAT IS THIS SPECIES. like pls have you seen american students -- ( idk how to conclude otl i hope this made sense?? )

SCHOOL LIFE. haneul's pretty much an average student. she has straight a's most of the time, but honestly, it's not because she's necessarily smart. it's because she just gets it enough to pass the class. she honestly doesn't really care for school - she wants to become a kpop star ahah. she's in dance club at school, but that's pretty much it. she's not very confident with speaking in front of everyone and being a leader and stuff, so she's never been like class president or anything really important. she's the good student, btw! she's actually well - known for being nice around the school, mostly in her grade, because she's very like 'omg these upperclassmen are older than me i need to be respectful what if they think i'm some annoying attention - seeking underclassmen'. but it's not like she's the girly kind of perfect nice student. she's pretty tomboy - y and tough and can actually be seen at times taking charge of the younger ones and giving them reasonable talks about stuff. she's always been the reasonable student. heh. she has a part - time job at something called han's convenience store. every day after school except friday until around dinner time. it's a pretty fun job and han ahjusi is very nice and lets her take free bags of chips and stuff ahah.

FAMILY MEMBERS. 

RELATIONSHIP. choi mikyung / 51 / special ed teacher / haneul was always pretty dependent on her mother, since she grew up an only child with no father to really remember. however, as haneul got older, it's always been harder for mikyung to express herself ( like feelings and how she loves her ). she's a pretty humorous mom and you can see where haneul gets the sass from at times ( omg mikyung is sassyx500 ), but sometimes haneul just wants to hear 'i love you'. when haneul asks 'do you love me?' as she clings onto her mother ( yes she's actualy kind of an omma babo ), mikyung will look away and jokingly push her off, simply saying 'yes, yes'. it's definitely not that she doesn't love her, she just isn't comfortable expressing it ( like mother like daughter ). their fighting also never really makes big impacts, because as a special ed teacher, mikyung tends to deal with worse, and she's knowledgable about the mind and stuff so yeah. overall, they have a very humorous yet loving relationship. ( this was also bad w0w )

FRIENDS. 

RELATIONSHIP. cheon jaein, kim yuna / 17 / students / jaein ( aka jane ) and yuna are two korean girl at haneul's old school in america. they were also her best friends. they were a big reason haneul didn't want to go, but with a teary farewell, they promised to stay in touch. and they actually have, to the best of their abilities. they skype whenever possible, text a lot, call from time to time, send hand - written letters, etc. they really were a tight group of friends. and they all plan to hang out in korea one day !

 

jeon jungkook / 16 / student / at first, the two were pretty distant, because he didn't want the girls there and his good looks were intimidating to haneul, and they only recognized each other as 'the other maknae'. they both thought it'd be like omg rivalry wHO IS MAKNAE ON TOP but it wasn't. haneul tried to include him often and stuff and made efforts to talk to him ( when her friends weren't around ) and they actually started off on a good note.  he actually thought she'd be shyer and girlier or something since she was younger, but she kind of stomped on his expectations when she walked out of the house with halmeoni pants and sprawled herself on the porch, limbs spread everywhere. when they first met solo ( read love interest section ), he was only acting slightly superior and intimidating because he thought she'd be intimidated. but the fact that she was just as tough in a way caught his eye. she wasn't a typical maknae. they both felt kind of superior to each other in a small way - him because he was actually older and her because she was just that much more outgoing than him. but they actually grew to be very good friends and uhm maknae ship? they both made each other feel very different from what they usually felt around the opposite gender because jungkook had usually aimed for older women who were more wise and who partied and everything but haneul's just this weird, loud, not very chic, innocent dongsaeng and it's like whoa uhm. and haneul with guys has always been natural and she would be able to just stay friends with them, but around him she felt a bit more insecure and worried just a bit more and she had honestly never seen anyone so attractive and it pissed her off. omg just go read love interest section thanks --

 

kim taehyung / 17 / student / these two kind of hit it off pretty quickly. their personalities matched a lot - they got amazed easily, they thought out of the box, they were both kinda dumb, etc. at first, haneul thought he was like all cool and chic, and then he opened his mouth and it was like whoa jk but it wasn't bad it was like ayy fellow person i can relate to you. they were probably one of the few who didn't really make a big deal out of the whole having to live together thing, so when they passed by each other, they acknowledged the other and said hi and even made some small talk and stuff for a while. and then one day ( not too long into the trip ), she overheard him trying to reenact a scene from a korean drama with jungkook, who wasn't really feeling it. but this scene was one haneul knew veeery well, so she just had to bust in and finish the line. once she did that, it was like kim taehyung's eyes had opened. he was like oMG DO YOU KNOW THIS DRAMA and she was like yEAH IT'S LIKE MY FAVORITE RIGHT NOW and he was like sAME and yeah it just blossomed from there - they're the resident aliens.

 

park jimin / 17 / student / haneul is actually something of an interesting specimen to jimin. whenever he tries to flirt with girls, they usually either scoff and reject him, get angry, flustered, or flirt back. haneul doesn't really fit into any of the above. the first time he spoke to her one on one was when she was trying to find the bathroom and he was passing by and he was like trying to corner her against the wall and she was like *awkward smile* uhm what are you doing and ok she actually was kind of flustered at first because hello, all girls high school and suddenly someone is trying to like tOUCH HER NO but she was just kind of grimacing and she just slipped away like pls stop sir *runs away, deciding to hold in her pee* ok she didn't run, but she did leave him. it was the first time he'd been rejected like not harshly so he was like what the but he was like i wILL OVERCOME HER but she is stronger whenever he like says something or winks she's like '*sarcastically interested* oh really? hahah *glares*' or she makes a face of disgust.

 

kim namjoon / 18 / student / he overheard her calling herself swaggy once and he like peeked his head in the door like 'did someone say swaggy i'm right here' and the girls were like wtf -- but now the two are kind of like swag rivals in a sense ( yoongi's too lazy to have a rivalry ) but then they're also dimple buddies and yeah they're kind of bipolar with each other. oh omg and they're english buddies dude she overheard him asking yoongi in english if he even knew what insolent meant ( welcome to : kim namjoon risking his life ) and she peeked her head in the door and said 'you' and he was like wHAT -- and she like cackled and left but he was like wait do you actually understand what you just said and then he realized she spoke english and he was like omg now i can talk crap about my boys with someone and they won't even know ;; oh the beauty of this world. bonus ; when jimin yelled that namjoon watched , haneul just did that loud head throw laugh she does ( bc his face and her friends's reactions ) and then was like pls jimin we all know that's you and muscle boy was like ;; and namjoon was like ; ))

 

jung hoseok / 18 / student / these two kind of have the same role in the group as something of a moodmaker. they're probably two of the loudest ( esp laugh - wise + they're the reaction - givers. especially when the mood is awkward because no one wants to do anything and something was suggested they both just clap and laugh, making everyone else laugh ) and they got along pretty fast as well due to their similarities. but sometimes he's just too hyper for her ( grandma haneul ) and she just has to like sit down and just kind of wonder at how he has that much energy. but then at the same time, she can see the responsible hoseok who just wants to have a fun summer and is trying his best to make it that way for everyone and she appreciates that effort so she tries to help him too and they kind of have this unspoken alliance of bringing their groups together.

 

min yoongi / 19 / student / when yoongi first saw the girls, he kind of just ignored all of them and he was like kind of standoff - ish and rude and the girls were discussing all the boys and stuff in their room and when they got to yoongi, one of the girls was ranting about a scene they had with him and he was being all rude and the girl was like angry but haneul was like pffbth - lol. and the girls were like yOU TRAITOR but haneul just tends to have a cruel sense of humor ( when babies fall omg -- ). she never really talked to him until this one day when the two groups were having dinner and the person in charge of utensils forgot yoongi's spoon and he was like sOMEONE GET ME A SPOON and everyone was already eating and haneul was like lol what a loser but his laziness is my spirit animal and so she gave him her unused one and went to get herself one and he was like wow. who are you? because he still hasn't really taken the effort to get to know the girls but she kind of gave him hope?? so he opened up more to the girls and like they got close and she actually listens to his mixtapes and they're actually really good like his lyrics are wow so they get hyped together and they're kind of swag buddies and they can be seen sitting in the shade ( with jin omma ) as the other kids run around and they like do favors for each other for some reason ( even though it's usually haneul doing it for yoongi bc he's too lazy to be nice ) but he appreciates her and she understands him. they have a very chill relationship. ( but if he is love interest, those platonic feelings turn into basically what jungkook feels - whoa this is different and he just gets pulled in. and like she's a very good listener and so he can talk to her about music and stuff ( since she wants to be a kpop star and stuff, which is more deep than it sounds and he's like wow this is nice ).

 

kim seokjin / 19 / student / these two are actually pretty similar. when he's sitting in the back, smiling as he watches the kids play around in like the water or something, haneul will sometimes join him ( bc grandma haneul ) and they'll talk, despite the pretty big . but he likes it because she's very mature and he doesn't really feel the with her. she always laughs when the other boys make fun of him and and she'll sometimes join in, but when he gets jokingly bitter and leaves, she jokingly tries to pull him back and is like 'nO JIN I LOVE YOU IT'S OK IF YOU'RE AN AWKWARD TURTLE WE APPRECIATE YOU'. he's kind of like a big brother figure to her. he's also kind of gongjubyeong because he thinks he's good looking and so does she hah another similarity !

 

ahn duri / 18 / student + mother / hi mom hah. but omg you are literally queen like you know how haneul is princess so it's like rOLE MODEL HELLO but anyways haneul's always wanted to like be with squad and strut down the hallways with squad and with you in the front like goals. but haneul's one of the girls who appreciates duri's skinship like uhm haneul loves patting butts and so obv she pats duri's all the time and they link arms and hold hands and everything but sometimes she tends to get creeped out hAH. it's kind of rare though. she likes kissing duri on the cheek and head too because you know haneul is pretty tall so like boyfriend goals heheh. *smirk* duri was probably one of haneul's favorites though because haneul felt so left out when she came from america and duri was like the image of beauty and the perfect mother friend and when duri approached her, haneul just about cried. and then duri and the other girls were there for her like crazy when her grandfather passed away. but basically, i feel like haneul and duri have like the relationship that rapmon and jungkook have ( more as idols ). like you know how jungkook wanted to be in bighit or whatever after he saw rap monster performing? and now they're in the same group and they're all close and they work together and everyone is like awwh maknae and leader are so cute and they are but i feel like behind the scenes jungkook still has like moments when he just sees rapmon working and he's like omg this hyung is the reason i got into this and he's so beautiful and i admire him so much like haneul and duri fool around and are just lame together but sometimes haneul sees duri and is like she is so beautiful and i love her. but when she's not admiring duri, the two are good friends and basically just mess around, like whatever duri's humor is, haneul can go along with it. and haneul's lame jokes make duri laugh too hah.

WHAT'S YOUR IMPRESSION OF THE BOYS? ok, honestly speaking, they're all pretty good looking. *gets tomatos thrown at me* i'M SORRY I'M A THIRSTY CHILD WHO HAS SUFFERED AT MY ALL GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL OKAY I'M YOUNG AND INNOCENT AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT LOVE IS *fake cries* ok but seriously shallow me just thought - hey they're good looking. and now as we spend more time with them, i just see that they're typical boys - immature, as thirsty as me, etc...but then at the same time some of them are kind of sweet and they have more to them than they let on and i think they're a great group of guys to first experience the idea of guy friends with. *nodnod*

PERSONALITY. mature, childish, introverted, outgoing, adventurous, humorous, blunt. he's young and he just wants to live for the fun of the moment, but he's also aware of reality and can be very adult like at times.

FIRST IMPRESSION. ooh. he's cute. sure, all the boys were fairly good - looking ( especially since haneul has been deprived of cute boys since the start of high school ), but this boy...he was like nothing haneul had ever seen before. usually, she's very open with the girls, but for some reason, she couldn't bring herself to talk about her thoughts on him. throughout the rest of the day, her hopeless romantic mind led her to many different scenarios with the boys, but when it came to jungkook, she kind of...stopped. she felt like he was too, idk, precious for her lame daydreams. it was the first time she'd been so flustered over a guy. she usually just treated them the same, but he made her stop and admire think.
INTERACTIONS. all the different feelings jungkook was making haneul feel was kind of overwhelming for her. but cue her acting skills - she acted as normal around him as everyone else. bUT AM I TOO NORMAL? her insecurity kicked in and she was like 'what if he thinks i'm boring? what if he thinks i'm not interested? i aM INTERESTED'. eventually she spilled to her friends that she kind of liked him. she couldn't help it! but awwh, little maknae has a crush on other little maknae! it was very hard for haneul to talk to jungkook when her friends were around, since she could feel their eyes drilling into the back of her head *tALK TO HIM*, but she did try to get close to him and include him in things, since she noticed that he was kind of quiet, especially when the two groups first met ( it's like he was plotting against us. huh. ).

 

their first solo meeting was actually about a week into their stay. ( before this, they just silently acknowledged each other ) 2am. haneul was in the bathroom. slight insomnia. she walked out and about had a heart attack when she saw the good looking boy with his bangs covering his face. after she gasped loudly, she kind of chuckled, embarassed, said a quick apology, and moved out of the doorway so he could get in. he simply washed his hands, which she heard him doing as she quietly bustled in the kitchen for a cup of water ( ok, maybe she was hoping to talk to him jUST A LITTLE SHE WAS ALSO THIRSTY OK >< ). he came in though, and she felt him staring at her with his hood over his face. she casually turned around and held out the pitcher to him. "did you want some water?" he scoffed ( and her heart just about died ), but it wasn't belittling. it was...friendly. he took the pitcher from her and waterfalled from it. "so why are you awake?" he asked. "*shrug* i tend to get slight insomnia in the first week of this vacation.*embarassed chuckle*" he chuckled, too, and her heart beat faster. "so you don't think we're all erted boys, do you?" he asked. she laughed. "no, of course not. i wanna give you guys a chance. except maybe jimin. just a bit." they shared a laugh. "alright. try not to sleep too late." he left the kitchen, it was a short conversation, but believe me, the impact was huge. that girl slept pretty late, thinking about that conversation.

 

after that, the two shared fond greetings and haneul started to gain more courage to initiate conversation and and encourage him to stop being so antisocial and join in on the icebreaking games jin tried to force onto everyone. once everyone realized that jungkook wasn't uncomfortable with haneul, they openly shipped the maknae couple. jungkook and haneul were always like 'omg you guys stop e n e' but haneul liked it and the girls knew she did and jungkook started liking it, too like wow what is this am i aCTUALLY LIKING A GIRL?! once he realized this, it was kind of  'ok must keep distance from specimen that is giving me weird feelings it might be a disease' but she would keep being nice and lame and he'd be like kEN YOU NOT ATTRACT ME and then she'd be like 'ok calm the hormones haneul he's just a boy' but he would keep smirking and raising his eyebrows at her unintentionally yes but it was still hot and she'd be like kEN YOU NOT ATTRACT ME and they're both secretly mad at each other.
ENDING. oBVIOUSLY THEY END UP TOGETHER. ok so as stated above, they are just upset at each other for being so attractive but time passes and there's this one day a few weeks before summer is over and weirdly, haneul's awake at 2am ( well technically not weird because that's morning, right? she's a morning person ), as is jungkook. he's out in an aesthetic part of the house ( balcony? rooftop? idk the blueprint -- ) listening to yoongi's mixtapes for some reason. haneul hears this and follows the sound, not really caring who she finds since by now she's close to all of them. but she's not ready for always attractive jungkook lying there in his black hoodie with an arm over his eyes. she stares at him creepily for a while and is about to leave when he speaks up. "you know you wanna lie down." she looks back and kind of smirks because heh yes she does. so she does ( luckily, she's wearing a hoodie and halmeoni pants so she's fairly warm ) and then the song ends and he's like "do you like me?" and she's like wHAT THE -- why so straightforward but she tries to be chill at first like "of course." you know, like as a friend, but he's like "in what way?" and she's like what -- "what do you mean" and he rolls over on his side, facing her. "you know what i mean." he's actually kind of surprised he's being so straightforward, but they've both been giving each other feelings they've never had before so why not be more different. and then they have some like telepathy or something because she's like alright we're being straightforward? let's go. "*deep breath* i'm pretty sure." she's still not looking at him, though. she keeps her head straight, looking at the stars. after a few seconds of her feeling him staring at her, she asks , "do you?" he stares some more. "i'm pretty sure." they both do their scoff / smirk and he props his head up on his hand, still lying on his side. "well." haneul breaks the ( not awkward ) silence. it felt like a ton of bricks was brought off her shoulders. "who knew it was so stressful to have a crush." they laugh and talk more, like, really talk, getting to know more about each other than ever. it nears 3:30AM and he has laid back down, but now he gets up and hovers over her, like he's cornering her against a wall. "can i?" he asks, their lips in very close proximity. her heart is beating like crazy by now and she's lucky the dark covers her blush - something she's rarely ever shown. she bites her lip. "i don't know." he leans in and...kisses her dimple, which is visible as she presses her lips together tightly. out of shock and relief ( iT'S HER FIRST KISS OK SHE WAS HESITANT THAT'S WHY SHE SAID IDK ), she in a sharp breath and lets out her other catch phrase. "what theeeee..." he laughs and she covers her face, feeling too many emotions at once, and they fall asleep outside.

 

so of course they both catch a slight cold, and everyone is like wHOA WHAT HAS BEEN HAPPENING but yeah from then on they're kind of more open about their closeness and everyone is like omg maknae ship + otp yes. and then the end of summer comes and the time has come to say farewell. haneul knows they can all visit each other and everything, but it was still kind of sad to know that she wouldn't be able to wake up with the assurance of something fun and new everyday. so of course she sheds a tear or two billion and genuinely hugs each and every one of the boys, saying things like 'thank you' and stuff ( "jimin this is going to be a completely neutral hug ok because we're friends and friends hug each other nicely" "friends with benefits *eyebrow wriggle*" "dO YOU WANT A FREAKIN HUG OR NAH MAN" "ok i'm sorry *hugs her tightly*" ). finally she gets to jungkook and they just look at each other and smile and then hug each other real tight for a long while ( everyone else is pretty busy with their own namjas too so it's like alone time atm ). he's like "you know this isn't goodbye, right?" and she's like "yeah. *small smile*" but he's like "no do you understand me? i don't know about you, but i don't want no summer fling. be my girlfriend" and she's like aGAIN WITH THE STRAIGHTFORWARDNESS and he's pretty surprised too but being around her he just gets very superior and it's like a new him wow. but she's taken aback, obv. it's not like she meant for it to be just a fling, but it didn't register that he'd want more, too. but of course she says yes and they hug and depart and on the first day back at school, gUESS WHO'S WAITING FOR HER. but she's listening to music and just walks past him and he's like wHAT THE YAH KANG HANEUL and she's like oMG YOU SCARED ME WHAT THE FREAK MAN but they kinda hug heh and it's like hELLO and all the other students are like staring and stuff and the two are still kind of awkward bc whoa relationship but they're walking home together and catching up on the few hours they haven't seen each other and they reach her neighborhood and he like corners her against some brick column and he's like "i'm so tempted not to ask but i'm respectful of your weird forever alone morals or whatever and i'll wait until you're ready but just letting you know i really want to kiss you right now." and she's like sTOP BEING SO ATTRACTIVE BOY but she gives in ofc it's jeon jungkook and is like "so do i" and like his eyes brighten and he's like "does that mean-" and she gathers up the courage she never ever thought she'd have in her and cuts him off with her lips. happily ever after : )

SCENE REQUESTS.

• so like her hands are cold and she's just breathing hot air onto them and jungkook who is too shy to do what he actually wants ( grab her hands and put them in his pocket ) just takes his coat off and throws it on top of her hands and walks away.

• so after that rooftop scene, he's awake late one night again and wants her to be too so he's like kind of creeping and walking around their room like not knowing what he is doing but her non - night - personness has kicked in and she's dead asleep. and then he finally gives up, but not before duri sees him walking away, but sleepy duri thinks it's a ghost and tells everyone next morning and jungkook is like ...oh wow yeah scary eheheh.

• she drops one of her contacts on the ground and there's no going back, because the ground is rocky and it pierced the delicate silicone. her choices are to either go half - blind, wear her glasses, or take a little trip to the city and get some new contacts. it's a pretty lazy day at the vacation house, so she figures why not just go? she's like asking her friends to go but everyone's like omg just wear your glasses i'm tired but she's like i'MA HAVE TO DO IT ANYWAYS but no one wants go and she's like walking out the door like "aLRIGHT FINE LITTLE MAKNAE IS GOING TO VENTURE OUT BY HERSELF ON HER OWN INTO THE WILDERNESS OH NO SO DANGEROUS" and then jungkook walks out and like chucks a bus ticket / fare at her and is like "shut up let's go" and she's like sQUEAL

• and of course it ends up being a cute little pathetic date ( since they spent all their money on bus fares ) and they just go eye shopping and steal free samples from the store because they're hungry and it's just lots of fun and cute.

• when haneul and jungkook are having their deep talk at 3AM, she finally spills the full story of her grandfather passing away - her trip to the hospital, her unstable emotions, her depression after, her feelings in general all throughout, and it just pulls them closer all the more.

• omg a photoshoot pls. like haneul just starts taking pictures of some people and then she gets excited and like brings everyone together and is like having so much fun and it's just like an actual photoshoot and wow it's fun and you know jimins all conceited and suga's like 'only if you listen to my mixtape' and jin's like 'alright i will bless your camera' and she does pics with the pairings and stuff and group pictures and everything.

• so the guys think all the girls are like joking about haneul being deathly afraid of spiders and so they find one and put it in like a bag or something and show her and like throw it next to her and stuff and like yeah but the girls are like oMG YOU IDIOTS WHY WOULD YOU and she's kind of just sitting there covering her face and like stiffened up and the girls are like dude like seriously yall needa know when to stop and haneul's just continuously covering her face and she is yes, crying behind her hands and the guys are like oh shoot and they're like continuously apologizing the whole day and they treat her like the princess she is but haneul doesn't really like holding grudges so she eventually forgives them all ( silently ). but basically, they've learned their lesson.
