my thoughts on 'Sassy, Go Go'

I actually really like this drama. I'm not normally for dramas (or shows in general, i like to stick to my youtube videos and only stray for, like, Marvel stuff hahahaha........ha..........yeah that kind of so true it hurts. the only shows i watch are, like, 90% Marvel), but this show is awesome. or maybe i just like the shots fired at the school system. I.......am not a fan of the current school system 'cuz of how messed up it's gotten........and we're gonna drop this before i get ranting and pissed.

my one problem with the show? Soo Ah.

god, how much do i hate this character. i mean, if you watch the show, you know the she's done and.......i don't care what her reasons are (mom pressuring her to be the best and whatnot) she has done that is.........100% unforgivable. what she did to Dong Jae for example. unforgivable. and what she did to Ha Joon? unforgivable!!! i swear, if they don't give her a very big redemption arc and still give her some kind of happy ending, i'll be pissed. i want to see this girl on her knees begging for forgivness. i want to see her writing the wrongs and doing her damnedest to fix things. i want to see her freakin' work for forgiveness from everyone.

it's like Locus in 'Red vs Blue'. after everything he did, everything he helped do, he not only did the whole 'i was wrong, i'm a monster' thing, he's going out to fix things (no idea how he's gonna do that, but i do know that he'll never be a 'good guy' after what he did. too much death for that to happen). and Zuko had a nice redemption arc in Avatar. I wouldn't say Cal had a redemption arc in Agents of S.H.E.I.L.D, but what they did with him......it took him from a psycho killer to someone you could feel bad for (i'm not ashamed to say, i was crying a little at the end of last season when it came to what happened to Cal). and i could name a bunch of other shows that have a redemption arc or just something for their bad guys to make them.......not bad or not as bad. a character you like and can feel something for. see, if you make a character do horrible things, you need to work to redeem them in the eyes of viewers/readers before giving them a nice/happy ending. if you just.......give them the happy ending and ignore the horrible things they did like it doesn't matter, it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth of the viewer/reader.
