ABIDANCE OF CONDUCT. 

INTRODUCTION 
× first things first // Sungeun is good at what he does. Very good. or at least you'd hope so, i mean he's been at this school for years now and like... yeah. Don't want to sound like bragging, but he can potentially be the next Yiruma/Calvin Harris (wierd combo i know but bear with me). but goddamn it if he wasn't so lazy. I mean who else can sleep for 13 hours straight, wake up when he feels hungry, but can't be bothered to get out of bed so he just lies there and starves until someone concerned with his well being brings him a slice of pizza from the caf? He's lucky his sister cares enough to feed him and his girlf- oh i aint allowed to talk abou that yet! Forget i said anything!

personality 
× Sungeun is the definition of a type B personality. He doesn't take life too seriously and is always relaxed, even when the next big exam is coming up. Good marks? meh. He's a straight 70's student. They are nothing more tahn numbers on a sheet to him. Academics don't stress him out, and neither do people problems. He just goes with the flow. He has goals of course, and he works towards them, namely being the next world famous DJ/music producer, but he won't let his dreams consume his love of free time and naps. Those are necessary parts of life!

× On the other hand, Sungeun is lazy. So lazy. He can stay in bed for days but for his sister and friends flipping his mattress. Physical movement? please. Tasks are measured by the amount of effort and sweat produced. And if he doesn't need to leave his room, so be it. he has everything he needs in there, namely his music equipment, his pillow, his bed, his gf cough*. Why would he ever need to venture to that magical unknown called the outside?

× Even though his major is not what he would prefer to study, Sungeun is very confident in his own abilities. He learned piano (stereotypical i know) at a young age, and perfected his craft at the tender age of 11. He began making beats and composing songs soon after, inspired by his older brother Yonghwa who wrote his band's music. He even cowrote a few songs with his brother, but refused to ever have his name published. He'd much rather establish his own name rather than have people assume he piggy backed off his brother's success. In fact, at the school he already has a reputation as a great party DJ and has helped create tracks for the dancers to dance to and written songs for several singers. He doesn't care much for the cross department rivalries and would just much rather complete his work in peace and expand his network. He likes to keep his circle small, and when he meets with other people he prefers to meet in small groups. he dislikes crowds, so when he dj's for parties, his stand is always located higher tahn the party goers. Get on his level bruh.

× Sungeun can get a bit whiny at times. He doesn't like being uncomfortable, and he tends to let people know that fact. Soojung normally hits him when he is being whiny, though it is a similiar situation because she is just as whiny as he is. However, he is a very good listener. He gives sagely relationship advice, even though as far as everyone knows he has never had a relationship before winkwinknudgenudge. He is very caring to his friends, and will never hesitate to help them out when they need it. ok well there might be some hesitation if it means he has to move. but he helps out. most of the time. He keeps his mouth shut about sensitive topics and watches what he says. in the squad, he and Joohyun are the ones ppl turn to when they need advice or just someone to rant to.

EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES.

×  The Jung spawn were born to a filthy rich family. How else do u expect them to send their kids to an art school and expect them to come out with a solid career (real life feels yo T^T). but serious doe. Papa Jung was a hugely popular singer way back when, and Mama Jung had buckets of $$$ lying around just cuz (i think being the nationwide famous actress starring in many famous dramas helped a bit). So yeah they had a lot of money. other than that, they were perfectly normal parents who only wished for the best fortheir children, and for them to pursue what they loved. 

× The Jung's were blessed with 2 sets of fraternal twins. The first set  were Yonghwa and Sooyeon. Yonghwa followed in his fathers footsteps and grew up to become the leader of the famous rock band CNBLUE, while Sooyeon decided that singing wasn't for her and became a famous fashion designer instead. No biggie.

× Sungeun and Soojung were born a few years later. 2 sets of fraternal twins, someone give mama jung a prize. It came as a surprise to noone when Sungeun and Sooyeon both developed talents for the arts as well. While Soojung preferred the more physical aspect of the performaing arts, such as singing, dancing and acting, Sungeun preferred to work his magic in the background. He was a prodigy of the piano, and had an interest in writing and composing music. Normally very chill, Sungeun decided that music production was his passion and was the one thing that would keep him up at night as he loved to sleep. However, he hit a slump in his creative abilities at one point, and he grew very frustrated with his work. He nearly gave up on his dream if it wasnt for Yonghwa taking him under his wing. He taught him new instruments, showed him new styles of music, and showed Sungeun that he did not have to firmly entrench himself in one kind of music. By dversifying his musical taste, Sungeun could becoem very versatile in musical styles.

× Yonghwa continued to  help fuel his interest, allowing him to cowrite songs with him as well as show him how to DJ. However, Sungeun wanted to establish his own name in the music industry without using his brother's fame, so he would never attach his name to any of the songs taht CNBLUE used. For many of his starting tracks, Sungeun would convince Soojung to sing the guide for him, and he worked with her on many projects. Being twins, they did almost everything together, and even though half the time they were at each others throats, they would always have a sense of love and comraderie. Sooyeon was also very supportive of her two favouriteyounger siblings, and assisted Soojung with her singing and Sungeun with his back tracks. She also made sure that Sungeun didnt dress like a slob. 

× Sungeun was fully content to develop his music in his in home studio and playing his grand piano, however Soojung really really REALLY  anted to go to Aurora Academy of the Arts. after much coaxing and bribing, as well as some encouragement from Yonghwa and Sooyeon, and a promise that Mama Jung would send him a care package of her homemade fried chicken, Sungeun finally gave into Soojung's begging and after a harrowing audition process that involved many mishaps including wardrobe malfunctions, tears of despair and excitement, and a musical sequence featuring a clarinet playing chimpanzee, Sungeun and Soojung were finally enrolled into the revered Aurora Academy of the Arts.

The Fam
 

× Older brother: Jung Yonghwa // 25, singer/song writer, leader of CNBLUE // Sungeun's role model. Sungeun looks up to him for everything, and he is the one who encouraged Sungeun when he was in his slump. He managed to pull him out and set him on his current path to become a star.

× Older sister: Jung Sooyeon // 25 , fashion designer // She expereinced a lot in her 1/4 century life. Originally wanting to become a singer, she discovered that that lifestyle was not something that appealed to her. She showed soojung and sungeun that sticking to one path was not always the only solution and that people changed as they grew up. She supports her siblings in all their activities, including showing up to Yonghwa's concerts and sending clothes to Soojung to dress Sungeun in because she believes that his fashion sense is terribad. All his clothes now are basically picked out by soojung and sooyeon. 
 

× Twin sister/Spawn of Satan: Jung Soojung // 17 , vocals  // Soojung is a very outgoing girl... much more outgoing than Sungeun. although she can be just as lazy.. she loves parties, she loves crowds. She is your typical it girl. She hatches devilish schemes to annoy her twin brother, and he will do the same to her. Their relationship? They are virtually inseperable. They love each other. They hate each other. They know absolutely everything about each other. They are what everyone expects of a typical twin relationship. Sungeun was born 30 seconds before Soojung and he never lets her forget it. When Soojung wants something, she will use aegyo on Sungeun and he can never resist. He also wants her to call him oppa but it kills her a little everytime she does that. Sungeun is very protective of his sister, and will react violently if someone talks her. He also dislikes every single guy who has ever hit on Soojung. Soojung similiarly is very aggressive to any girl who would get close to her brother.cheeky peas in a pod.
 

The Squad

× the Slave Labour: Kim Jongyul | 17 | instrumental | Sungeun and Jongyul have been close friends since they met infreshman year. He successfully conned jongyul into helping him play the guide track he created the first time they met. Though jongyul can be uber confident, Sungeun is the one who is there to deflate his ego. Jongyul constantly bickers with Soojung, compounded by the fact they are in rival departments, and Sungeun loves to sit back and watch them fight. Sungeun and Jongyul trust each other explicityly and though they rag on each other constantly such as how jongyul is a full forehead taller than sungeun, much to sungeun's chagrin, they are bros from different hoes. they can get a bit gay with eah other, calling each other babe or what not and being touchy, and confusing the hell out of jackson bless him.
 
× the Omma: Bae Joohyun | 18 | dance | She's supposed to be the maturre one of the group. Staying behind an extra year to perfect her technique before exploring the great big unknown, Joohyun is one of Aurora academy's most celebrated dancers. She gives off a stoic, almost shy demeanour in public, however those that know her know that she is a erted loving ahjumma who has a tendency to clean up every little mess she sees. She pinches the group's butts constantly, and has been nicknamed "y ommanim" by the rest of her friends. She cannot stand the mess that is Sungeun's room and will nag him to pick up his laundry, though it always ends up her picking it up for him. She is also the one people turn to for advice, and together with Sungeun they are dubbed the "love gurus" for their advice giving abilities about relationships.

× the Village Idiot: Jackson Wang | 17 | dance | You ever have that one friend who always seems to have that brilliant idea, but in hindsight probably would have got you killed, or even worse, expelled? Allow me to introduce our resident Jackson Wang. He is definetly pleasing to look at, but once he opens his mouth everything just goes downhill. He is very emotional, witha  strong sense of justice, but he is the mood maker of the group and is always around to give everyone a good laugh whether intentionally or unintentionally. Super athletic, he is a star on the school's many sports teams and brings his athleticism and acrobatics to the renowned dance department. 

× the Dream: Kang Seulgi | 17 | visual arts | She is Soojung's and Joohyun's best friend and someone that Sungeun has admired.. and i mean admired for a very long time. Occasionally slow and prone to bouts of forgetfulness, her innocnece and soul were corrupted the moment she met Bae Joohyun and the boys. She sleeps like a bear, and its often that you'll find her taking naps huddled together with Sungeun (hawtdamn). 
 

CLUBS 

× culinary club // cooking is fun. dishes are not.
× exclusive sad song club // Sungeun loves ballads and sad songs so much he joined a club where all they do is sing and listen to sad heartbreaking songs. go figure.

the one and only.

BACKGROUND  

× Seulgi came from a middle class background. Her parents owned a restaurant dedicated to selling the nation's greatest dish: fried chicken. While her parents had hoped for her to take over the business when she grew up, seulgi had different dreams. She aspired to go to Aurora academy, and though she was talented in many aspects of the arts, she never knew which area she really wanted to stick with. She was an excellent dancer, a decently good vocalist, and an amateur painter. Common sense dictated taht she should've went into dance, however Seulgi's favourite activity was painting. Though she got into Aurora for all three majors taht she auditioned for, she ultimately chose the visual arts department.

× Many people tried to convince her otherwise, saying that she should have went with dancing, but she stuck firm with her decision. It was the first time that she ever truly decided doing something for herself and she was proud. Though today she still sometimes second guesses her decision made before freshman year, Sungeun is always there to remind her that she is following what she loves the most, and even if its not what she is best at she is enjoying it and living her life to the fullest while doing it.

relationship  

× so they've been dating since the summer. and they've tried to hide it for god knows what reason. Yeah they don't even know why they try to hide it. Only very few people know about their relationship, and it was not under pleasant circumstances that they found out (soojung walked in on them with their clothes almost all off and nearly doing the deed, and her dolphin screech brought joohyun charging to her rescue only for her to be scarred for life.) Im sure the boys will eventually figure it out too, though they seem a tad bit slow but really its not that hard to figure out.

× Sungeun and Seulgi are very touchy, so the others have had their suspicions for a while, though normally they are both quite touchy with other people as well. They just look like they would be good for each other and are damn cute. Sungeun's relaxed devil may care attitude contrasts signigantly with Seulgi's perfectionist ways, but the opposites attract i guess. they are also prone to getting to second base with each other, though something (cough soojung) tends to interrupt them with icy glares and silent bestfriend/girlcode threats to seulgi and nooneisallowe-todefilemybestfriend'svirtue beatings to sungeun. but they can get around her with a locked door and a carefully placed desk, chair and shelf blockade ;). sungeun can be not lazy when he feels the need.

× Sungeun is very sweet to Seulgi, and she is the only one who can convince Sungeun to get off his without any sort of bribery (unless aegyo counts). They both love to sleep, so they can often be found napping togetehr which then becomes a nightmare for everyone else since they are so damn hard to wake up. They boh get embarrassed easily when teased about one another and they turn the same shade of beet red. 

× Sungeun is the one that keeps seulgi grounded when she can't handle life and school, and he always reminds her taht school isn't everything. He takes away her stress and just tries his best to help her relax. On the other hand, Seulgi is the one keeping Sungeun on the path of not being a highschool dropout. He knows that graduating would help his future plans along, but school is just so boringgggg. So seulgi forces him to do his schoolwork and not focus on his side projects all the time, though she and soojung are always used as his guinea pigs fortest tracks since she is always with him.

I realize that most teenagers don't have a clue what they want to do with their lives, however, they can have dreams and if you have the means to reach for those dreams then you should take them so i guess thats how sungeun was born.

× Jongyul and Jackson finally figuring out where Seulgi and Sungeun disapear to all the time and follow them and go on a massive stakeout mission only for it to end in their horror. for the rest of the week they can't look at sungeun and seulgi in the eyes, though after a while y jackson suggest taht he could join them next time, earning him beatings from everyone.
× soojung and jongyul having one of their daily arguments over something insignificant and seulgi worriedly asking sungeun if they should stop them killing each other,  to which sungeun replies if they do maybe they can finally get some peace and get further than 3rd base causing seulgi to blush. soojung overhears this and threatens to cut his off, brother or not, and to put a chastity belt on her best friend.
× jongin coming by whining that the squad steals his twin too often and that he is his, poseesively grabbing jongyul and dragging him away, much to the others amusement. 
× Sungeun almost crying because he has to do dance for the triple threat. Jongyul scoffs at him.
