Can anyone recommend me a shop that is open to do me a cover/poster or can someone do one for me?

So it's basically the title. I am looking for someone to do a poster for me. I don't have a computer anymore so I can't make covers anymore... I am looking for a shop that is open but I can't find one. Can anyone help me? I will be willing to pay karma points.
