NICE GC ENTRY 4

I ended up making another entry to NICE ✔ graphic contest. It's 50 shades of Grey merely because I don't watch movies and had no other ideas. I'm not a fan of the series but... the pictures are cool honestly :D This is def. not my best entry yet I'm more or less happy with it :D

I was wondering how did you make the cloudy effect? Or it is just another white layer, then you erase some of the parts?
