FASHION STYLE ☆  JungHee always wore simple and short lightweight dresses. They were more than nightgowns, but never to the level of the celebrities or anything. She prefered pale greens and pink, and despite her more feminine taste she was always up for shorts, basket ball shoes, and a simple T-shirt. Now that she's been put in a higher caste, she gladly wears the expensive and expressive dresses. Her favorite dress was the one that she wore when she met the prince- Dark blue and silver with eleborate ruffled layers. She mostly wears form-fitting dresses that show off her curves. She always is wearing her mother's wedding ring and bracelet (The bracelet she plans on giving to her sister).
APPEARANCE ☆  With a round, gorgeous face that screams princess-like innocence, JungHee is often described as the most beautiful in the 4th caste. Her reddish-brown hair is often partially curled as she finds curled hair to be prettier than straight, though she does any type of hair style- And color, for that matter. Brom ash brown to back, she changes her hair whenever she gets too frustrated. She has the normal, typical deep brown eyes you find with any Korean. JungHee has a small scar under her left jaw right above her pulse point from when she tripped as a small child and cut her neck fairly deeply with a rock. It required stitches.

PERSONALITY ☆

JungHee is many-a things, one of which is careless. Honestly, she doesn't think before she says anything which has gotten her into quite a bit of trouble in the past. She leaves her most important things lying around (But never the ring or bracelet) and says the wrong things to the wrong people. She just doesn't care and it pretty laid back about such important things.

She's also very honest- Blunt. She doesn't hold back the truth (Unless her words are being said to someone of high importance, like head priest, king, queen, etc.) and says exactly what's on her mind. "How's my piano playing." "Super freaking awful. Do you even know how to hit the keys?" "Does this dress look good on me?" "No, it widens your midsection." JungHee doesn't mean to hurt anyone with her words, she just thinks lying is awful and would rather say things as they are.

JungHee also tends to be loud- In clothes and voice. She just doesn't understand the word quiet- It's a strange concept to her. Why be so quiet when you can say your opinions and thoughts straight out and loud enough for all to hear? There's no point in keeping it all in.

Despite how her other traits boast a completely stable person, JungHee is often scared out of her mind, always thinking of the worst-case senario. It's a habit for her, one she can never break. She's scared to sleep at night because she's confident that she'll be killed before she awakes. She's scared of what people with a lot of power can do to her.

But besides all of her bad qualities, JungHee is an amazing person. She's very friendly and approachable to everyone, which makes a great first impression, especially mixed with her awe-inspiring confidence. She knows she's pretty, she knows she's intelligent, and she's determined to make others feel that way, too.

Junghee is agreeable. She always has the most popular opinions- Not to say she's not unique, it's just that she agrees with what's best. She has opinions that others favor, which is a great quality for a possible queen. JungHee jsut tends to sway with popular opinions or others sway towards her. It's her natural affect.

JungHee, above all, it maternal and motherly. She can't help just be a mom to anyone and everyone, no matter if their older or younger. She's warm, like a mug of hot chocolate on a cold, snowy day. You know you can go to her with anything and everything, because she'll listen to you and give you the best advice a mother has. She's paticularly motherly with Mari- Not out of pity, but out of an understanding.

She not only understands what it's like to be "impaired" as JungHee is half deaf and steadily loosing the other ear, but she understands what it's like to be scorned for her condition. She makes sure that Mari is eating anf keeping clean, and dotes on her like a mother would her first daughter. The two know each other on an emotional level.

☆ my life story

BACKGROUND ☆ 

Song JungHee was born to a father and mother on an early winter morning. The family was happy that they finally were able to conceive as they'd been having problems, so JungHee was a little gift to them. She grew up travelling from place to place, never staying in one for long as her father at that time was a merchant.

Her parents bought a house that they could always come back to, though, when she was pretty young. Her younger sister was born just a while after her, and they grew up very close- Their parents often described them as the perfect sisters.

Jung Hee met her best friend, Hana, when she was five. The two were neighbors in JungHee's permanant home, and they never parted. Hana taught JungHee Japanese while she taught Hana how to paint nails and act. The girls were as close as could be, Hana viciously protecting JungHee when she started to become deaf.

When JungHee was ten, both she and her mother caught an illness that left her mother buried six feet under and with her loosing her hearing. At first it wasn't noticeable through grief, but when JungHee was having a hard time actually hearing her father call her, they went to the doctor. It was predicted that by her early twenties that JungHee would loose her hearing completely. When she was sixteen the lost all hearing in her left ear.

JungHee met her future boyfriend at twelve years old. They were placed together at a desk for their science class whcih they both exceled at, and became awesome friends through projects and groupwork. The often teased each other, and when Taemin as fifteen and JungHee was thirteen he asked her out. She agreed immediately, and they dated for two yers.

Upon their constant fights that ended up with one or both crying, they decided that their relationship wasn't working and that they should be friends. They did, and Taemin, Hana, and JungHee became the Three Musketeers. Taemin went to college for singing and acting while Hana went to be an athlete and JungHee to be a therapist. They've been studying since, though Taemin graduated and is currently hunting for a job.

FAMILY ☆

Being the only girls the same age, they played together often. ☆ The closest friendship you can think of. They were put together for many projects. ☆ Despite their former dating status and now broken-up one, they're great friends. They, along with Hana, hand out often. Particularly they love dancing together (Sometimes with Hana) and are super close. Skinship and informal speech to the max with these ones.

OTHERS ☆ 

— Rival, Kim Taeyeon ☆ 21 ☆ Student ☆ Hardworking, loud, loyal, stubborn☆ Both vye for Prince Tehyung's attention. They don't hate each other, sure, but they won't hesitate to do something to try and get the other out of the prince's affections. Taeyeon has more of Prince Taehyung's affection which is a bad thing for JungHee, but at the end of the day, they could honestly consider themsevles friends. Y'know, after the competition.

Reason for joining the selection ☆  I joined the selection because my future family needed, well, a future. I wasn't doing well in classes and at that point was going to be knocked down to the bottom castes. This way I can send money to my family and friends, and enable them to become higher in the caste system as well. This wasn't for love, it was a strategic move because I could theoretically get help for my hearing. //Slightly guilty look//

life as a selection candidate   ☆  The palace was amazing. It was gorgeous and unique and there were so many people! It was so big I got lost often. All of the staff really liked me since I treated them like the people they are, though sometimes they got annoyed when I couldn't hear them. I understand that, though. They treated me well- Even better than the others, if I dare say- And I was fairly well-liked by everyone, though a few who figured out about my hearing issues made fun of me for it and yelled in my fuly-deaf ear. Once again, it was something I was used to. The royal family was complicated and I could barely remember all of their names for a while. //laughs// But eventually everyone got along with me well. Except for Prince Seokjin, I don't think he likes how easily I agreed with people.

life as part of the final seven ☆  I cried when I figured out I was part of the final seven. I never expected to get that far, so I was really happy. But I was also scared. Candidates to be a queen, or a princess, are often targeted in kidnapping and attacks. I was worried someone could harm me. Many people in the lower castes hated me, except for the 5th. The higher levels seemed either annoyed or perfectly fine I was there. After the picks of the final seven Seokjin liked me even less, and Namjoon started to rarely talk to me. I don't understand why...//Troubled sigh//

☆ Kim Taehyung

Jimin + Yoongi

PERSONALITY ☆  Taehyung is often considered the strangest of the princes. He lives in his own little word and speaks up againt the caste system openly. He, unlike the other princes, is unhappy with his current life. He doesn't listen to his parents, siblings, or the castle staff and just plays around the way he wants to.

He's very stubborn with his ideals and doesn't let go of things very easily. Holding grudges is his natural state of being. Taehyung doesn't express his feelings well at all, so that's why he seems really weird to most. He tends to seem cold and bratty, but in honesty there are some people who know better.

Taehyung does crazy things like climb the tallest trees or throw baseballs at the windows, but honestly he just needs the love and attention all of his brothers and cousins got.

RELATIONSHIP ☆  They're very close- Taehyun finally willing to visit her individually, and take her around the castle. They act like good friends, revealing secrets and embarassing moments. They occasionally go on "friend dates," like visiting the market or kicking the staff out of the kitchen so they can cook themselves. They're deinfitely into skinship, because touching each other casually is normal and appreaciated. Their favorite place to go in the castle grounds isn't the garden, or the library as expected. They love going the the princess tower and pretending like they're princes and princesses in danger. Sometimes Taehyun plays the damsel in distress, sometimes he doesn't. It a key, childish part of their relationship that they can keep secret together.

HISTORY ☆  It was pleasant. They both spoke respectfully, and never crossed any boundries. They acted like close colleagues, nice conversations and a few times leaving the castle together for fun. Another candidate, Taeyeon, tried desperately to get Taehyung's attention, adn get it she did. In fact, she was expected to be chosen. By that point JungHee just wanted to be a good friend to the prince at least in order to get what she needed, so they became close enough that they spoke informally. The prince treated her like he would any aqquaintence- With respect and smiles.

their ending ☆  The prince, in the end. did propose to her. He asked her suddenly one night at dinner with the rest. Of course she accepted, but their married life was a bit of a struggle. It was the day she bore their first child (A son, less than a year after their marriage) that she lost her hearing completely. Her hearing aids became useless but the bes doctor was hired to insert an implant that would bring her hearing back to some extent. The surgery worked and it was amazing to JungHee that she could hear her child cry. After, they ended up with two more children (Both girls) and they lived happily ever after (Just as they hoped).
