Anxiety Disorder
So lately, I have trouble breathing. It isn't like I suddenly fall on the ground and start panting, but it's more like I can't breath at all. It is as if the skin around my throat is too tight and it's kind of chokes me to the point that I don't breath normally anymore. As I started getting worried, I started researching about it and found a couple of good answers (good as in, it makes sense), but just to make sure, I went to the school's pharmacy to ask about it. And just like what Google had said, the nurse said that I appear to have anxiety disorder; generalized anxiety disorder to be very precise.
If you don't know what Anxiety Disorder is, here is the best way I can define it to. Everyone has anxiety; it is a normal human emotion to have when experiencing excitement, worry/fear like when taking tests at school, problems at work etc etc... But Anxiety Disorder is when this emotion affects your life and kind of leads your life to another direction. An anxiety disorder is a serious mental illness, which includes constant feelings of fear, worry and overwhelm.
Generalized anxiety disorder is the constant fear and worry even if there little or nothing that can trigger the fear.
Hopefully, I will be able to beat this at one point. I can't live with pulling on my throat just to breathe wtf.
