"no, you're good! i was just finishing up. sorry." they both shared an awkward laugh moment, and then they introduced themselves and had a short conversation on who they were and such ( even though she already basically knew him - which she told him. "oh yeah, i watched mix and match and yg win." "oh really? thank you!" ) she then left the room to let him do his stuff, which he did, slightly happier than usual. he also found a strawberry milk on his chair when he came back from a bathroom break.
from then on, the two always said hi to each other when they passed by in the yg trainee building, sharing a smile like they had some inside joke. all s would joke about the two ( only in front of hanbin eheh ) and how she's his first love and such, but they respect their leader and don't say any of that stuff in front of her. she tends to hang out with ikon a lot, but the other 6 boys usually just leave the two alone. which is fine by them. over the three years haneul trained, the two got a lot closer and are the best of friends. they can talk about anything and everything, they tend to text each other often, they go out on snack runs for his other members together, and hanbin will even share his sour cream and onion pringles with her once in a great while. they actually are together a lot ( even yg kind of ships them ) - it doesn't really matter what they're doing. when haneul has free time, she goes to visit hanbin, who's usually working in the studio. they don't really do anything special, her company is just comforting to him. he works in silence as she browses her phone or watches him work, and sometimes he'll ask her what he thinks of something he's working on, and sometimes they'll jam out together. surprisingly to the other members ( who all know hanbin likes her, even if the boy won't admit it hismself ), hanbin acts like his self and is very natural around haneul. they match very well together, especially since haneul's so open - minded and hanbin's slightly nitpicky about things.
