In a part I do agree with you, and I know it isn't fair to the idols but they new it was going to be like this. Everyone knowing how sm is and I hate it but we can't change it. I really wish we could change it but me can't. The idols knew what they were getting them selfs into. We can't change it.

It's not necessarily SM's fault that they get to sleep 3-4 hours a day. Before even debuting, everyone knows that it's a given you're going to be sacrificing your sleep to train. Even during trainee days, everyone gets less than 6 hours of sleep. Everyone who goes towards debuting can't use the 3-4 hours of sleep as an "excuse" to leave, because they've been through that process since trainee days. Trainees these days should know well that there are agencies who will make you perform even when you're sick. EXO is no exception. They know well, hearing from their seniors. The only thing to avoid performing when sick is to know your Agency's policy. The thing here that doesn't apply to all groups is one's salary and the treatment towards them. Those who are choosing to leave and sue SM, and those who already have, can't use the amount of hours of sleep and expect that to be a point for their side, because everyone, and I do mean every single idol and trainee, has only so many hours of sleep. Saying that your agency made you perform while sick, depending on how severe, it may give you a point, but it's still a given that many agencies do that to their artists. A huge point that let Hangeng to leave SM was the mistreatment he was given while with SM. That's something that not every trainee/idol goes through. That's why Kris's statement is so strong towards the public. You can't necessarily bring in Lee Soo Man and Sunny's relationship in right here either, because these things don't happen under Lee Soo Man. SM may be an agency that treats their artists bad, but you've got to remember that SM isn't the only one. There are tons of agencies our there far worst than SM.

From my point TVXQ are staying two now only for the end if their contract, but yeah sm is not just a company they must have made contract with hell. For Gods sake who announce that a member of a group its no longer active in the said group when the idol itself know nothing? At least see and from SJs' part except of Kibum who said he would leave HanGeng left because SM didn't let him for two whole years to visit his parents in china. And Exo m they left first because SMs attitude towards them was different from the attitude the Korean members were receiving and they were paid less than the Korean members!! For one thing I'm happy that these idols left they pulled out SMs s! They have made JYJs job a hell. Thank God Yunho bought the bands name... Can't wait for their contract to be broken, finished!! I hate that company! I want all their bands to leave and to go to make a contract with a company that will take care of them!

TVXQ was a 5 member group. Initially all of them wanted to leave SM because of all the stress and , but SM threatened to rip them of their rights over their albums. So, Yunho and Changmin stayed back with SM while JYJ left, so that the songs would still be known as TVXQ's songs. It wasn't because they wanted to persue individual careers. The law suit went on for more than 9-10 years I think. And only recently they came to some agreement, I'm not sure what. This is what I know. I'm sorry if I'm wrong anywhere..
