Hai Chingus!

Okay since i am a fan of Kpop i dont know if this is a weird or dumb question to ask...

I have seen Hallyu Wave before, but...can someone explain to me what is Hallyu?

It's just someone invited me to one near my city and im thinking of going...Is it a concert or is it like a festival where its all about the cool stuff in Korea?

If so, I am going to beg my sister to take me!

It's next year sometime...I'm a little unsure about what it is but i have a feeling its going to be a big Kpop concert of some sort.
