I don't really know how to put this but can a fangirl/fanboy become a idol's girlfriend/boyfriend? I Mean like I've been curious all these years! Like it's obvious that there are many KPOP fans around the globe but how would you feel if you know that a kpop idol for instincts Kai dating a fan just like you? Such a curious george I am! >.< But seriously can a KPOP idol date a fan?

Because a couple of years ago there was a rumor of V (BTS) dating a fan girl. I don't really keep count but I think they broke up or something after the rumor spreaded! If that wasn't true! After that rumor there was another rumor of Jungkook and a trainee girl dating so I'm really unsure of these KPOP Entertaiment's rules! >.<
