Drabble 15
"Hey hyung~" Taemin spoke tiredly over the speaker.
"Hey Taem." I smiled into the phone.
We were having separate schedules today. Left the dorm so early we didn't even have a chance to say goodbye.
"Are you having your break now?" I asked.
"Nope. Actually, I'm done. I'm on my way back now. What about you?"
"I am. Oh god, this recording is so boring. They had to talk about old Sherlock days and even Hyun Moo is here! What was I expecting?"
Taemin chuckled at my exaggeration.
"So...what are you going to do for the rest of the day?" I continued, hearing silence on the other end.
"I don't know. Watch some tv, read some books..." He trailed off, as if in some deep thoughts.
"Have you eaten?" Taemin asked.
"Yeah, I did."
A blank space before he spoke again, "Are you coming home soon?"
My heart warmed and fuzzy, because I kind of realized what the sudden call was for.
"Not yet, we still have half a day to go."
It was as if I could hear him pout on his end. I heard the engine of a car switch off, so he must've reach the car park of the dorm building.
"Arasso, go get some rest. Text me when you're back home safe."
"I will." He replied softly.
"Oh, Taemin?"
"Hmm?" He hummed thoughtlessly, about to hang up.
"I miss you too."
I was pretty sure that made him blush as he ended the call.
