Masquerade, story idea and writing games.

I don't really know why I am writing this in the first place, but here we go.

Since 'I wish you would' ended, I am not updating really frequently. I was only able to do it, because that project was finished before I even uploaded the first chapter.

I know it's taking me a while to update Masquerade, even though quite a bunch of people seem to enjoy it.
I am busy with work and in the evenings, most of the time I am really drained from the day and just
spend my time with friends or roaming the internet - meaning I don't really get to write a lot.
I have to admit, I have really grown attached to the storyline - even though it caused a small, let's call it 'incident'
and also the characters inluded.
I am trying to concentrate on the forthcoming of this project right now, but I feel like I havve to distance myself from
it for a while. Figuring out where I want to go with it, in order to continue. I don't want to disappoint any of my readers
with boring filler chapters - it would not really be interesting and I think fillers are venomous for a good story line.
I'm also trying to make the chapters longer than before, resulting in a longer time span in between the chapters being published.

Furthermore, I'm having an idea for a new story.
The kpop groups I like, vary a lot.
This time I'm thinking of maybe a BTS themed one.
I haven't quite figured out the concept yet, but it is going to be based on a song I like.
We'll see if and how it will turn out.

The third topic is a fun writing game, me and my two best friends kind of figured out.
Let me scope out a little.
Before we got into kpop, we got into Voltage Otome games. We really loved playing it and from there on,
we kind of got into kpop when one of us found a video with an Exo song in the background. We kind of
started watching these chart videos on YouTube and really liked it.
The other day, we were hanging out, and an idea formed in my mind.
We ended up writing 3 different categories on small chunks of paper.
1) Otome games we liked
2) A bunch of our favorite Kpop idols (we don't necessarily all like the same idols, though)
3) buzz words on how the story would end.
We each picked a piece of paper with an Otome game, two ieces of paper with idols (the first one being the love interest, the second one being woven into the story in a way we want to) and how the story would end.
I think it is a really fun idea and it let's you think outside the box. We all started the project and I thought that, when we're done, maybe we could all post it as somekind of Oneshot collection.
But we'll have to talk it through. Either way, the stories need to be finished first.
And we also have pieces of paper left, read for a second round of mix and match.

Anyways, this was my first blog post, and I really want to thank my all-in-all 500+ subscribers, I got so far.
I hope you like my style of writing and enjoy my stories.

Hwaiting, everyone~~

Lots of love,
Nora
