found out about the whole issue this morning; kinda surprised to see that it's STILL going on and by now i've looked through the situation in and out.

this isn't the first time namjoon's under fire so i'm not defending him, but i'm not gonna bash him either. i'm a naturally positive person and thinks things through. i don't really stand anywhere to say anything about this but i, as an army whether i admit it or not, just want to express my thoughts (although noone's gonna read this pft).

ok so namjoon was joking about taetae and hobi. whether or not they were hurt by what he said would be between them—namjoon and hoseok are great if not best friends and we all know how much tae admires namjoon, so, as a team they'd work it out themselves if there happens to be a problem.

regarding what he said, yes. i agree that he shouldn't have said something like that because although it isn't meant to be offensive, some people WILL be offended. namjoon, as we should know, is truly a sweet, mannerful and honest guy—just that sometimes he's a bit too(?) honest and/or says something straight out without thinking much. i'm sure he didn't mean anything negative.

what he said was wrong, yes, but i don't think he deserves those death threats and horrible tweets. what he said wasn't meant to show disrespect, he was teasing his bandmates though it might've gone too far until other people are offended.

whether it's a fan or not, nobody has the right to tell him to "go die" or "leave bts". that's just too much. be mad, be upset, but channel it in a way to advise namjoon instead. tell him what he did was wrong and he shouldn't do it again. it's a humanly mistake that he shouldn't repeat, ever again. friendly reminder he's 22, is still quite a rookie at being an idol, and learning much more in life. he's human too and all humans deserve second chances (though this might be more than a third chance for him...?)

about the apology thing - yes, he should apologise to the people he offended. eventhough there will be some people piping up and saying "a sorry isn't enough!!!!", at least we can all move on as he's learned his lesson and he himself can rest well.
