cold- face is always plastered on her beautiful features. big almond-shaped eyes with dark brown orbs trapping in the inside. straight nose-bridge placed at the center of her oval-shaped face down towards her small nose. plump cherry-pink lips just above her v-chin that rarely flashes the beautiful smile she has. gifted with milky white skin. blair original hair colour is dark brown but being a girl she is of course that never stays long. she dyes her hair ever so often but now she settled with light brown with a hint of blonde. luxiously wavy cascaded down just above her waist. having a small built is one of her disadvantage. she honestly wishes she would be taller but she embraced what she has anyway. she is not a big fan of numerous piercings in her ears so just two holes in each ear is enough for her. she has of course the normal ones in each ears plus another just next to the normal one in her left ear while another one located at the inside of her earlobe at her right ears. blair has one tattoo behind her left shoulder and its an angel wings ironic to her whole facial expression really. all in all, blairs outer demeanor would screams cold yet full of charisma and authority.

graduated with bachalor's degree of broadcasting journalism landing this cold-looking lady a spot behind the screen as an executive producer. she works diligently and sets goals to her master-piece. charismatic and maternal, she is almost like a mother figure for the girls and some of the boys. blair is responsible when it comes to choosing actors and script for the projects. she often overlook the members works from time to time and help them in anyway she can. journalism aslo provide blair with a tad bit knowledge on writing and editing. she works closely with the writer, editor and casting directors. she is also labelled as the problem solver amongst the team as she is quick to think of a solution and always comes up with a good one. any problems will lead them to blair. other than working at the studio, blair also works with kris as his assistant or so he says. they work together in looking for projects and tender. they are the best partner in bussines but never put them in one room when its not about bussines. blair is one capable girl and inspires other to be like her.

i do my work effortlessly charismatic — that is just how blair seems to be. she looks her best when working somehow. people claim her to be full of charisma just because she knows better than others. maybe her experiences teach her to be what she is now. but she is indeed knowledgeble and she can explain well in things that many found to be complex even if its out her field. furthermore, charismatic is a trait that has been told by Weber about its existent only depend on ones believes. blair concludes that many of them see her as one of the leader that brings her as much authority and also of respectness due to age-wise.
it doesnt take long for me to come up with a solution — given the name a problem-solver, blair indeed prove them right with her constant success in finding a solution to a simple and last minute situation. most of the time cause by rookies but onto the bright side this such things could help them learn and never to make the same mistakes. that also somehow make blair a place the members would visit whenever a problem arise bussines matter or personal do not matter anymore. hence, they all see blair as the mother-figure of the team. being the oldest does not help at all. however, blair surprisingly embraced that tittle as she feels welcomed and liked by the youngers although her authoritiness does becomes a barrier for the members to be more open.
i do my things on my own just fine — this shows how independent this american-korean can be. she moves to seoul by herself to pursue her dreams and face all her problems strongly without breaking down or giving up. thats also one of the reasons for people to view her as a charismatic woman. she knows her abilities and her limits. though she always make room for new things and learn more on the way. she has always like the idea of surviving on her own and she manages because she believes. she refuses to take any easy-road to success especially when it comes from men that know nothing but lust in return to their favor.
neutral traits are as important — blair inspires many women around her to be an independant and successful woman. not just relying on man. she has that affect on people whenever people get to know her. being inspiring is a good thing but blair would like it more if they take her only as mere inspiration and not copy her entirely and simply say that 'i want to just like blair'. that has happened and blair does not once ever appreciate things as such. as her charismatic side emerges from her unspoken leadership and respectness age-wise, blair also gets authority. as in giving orders and being anticipated by others for the next move. she likes the superiority she held in all honesty. she works hard for that. another traits is multi-tasker. she does many things at a time. overlook the members while drafting the next scene in mind and at hand is a handful of actors profiles.
this should be done this way not your way — demanding is a trait blair has negatively. she really has keen eyes on doing works accordingly and properly. however she is not a perfectionist by any means. she just wants to have the works done right not up to the doers. she works closely with the casting director and she never wants the director blindly choose actors based on her preference. the choosing of an actor should solely base on the role given, the script written and the talent he has. the same goes for any members. kris could not just choose a project because he thinks that the idea is interesting. he should be thinking of the capabilities of s and their limits. blair could not afford a failure in any projects. she must be careful and she knows because she is the one that overlook them and technically take care of them.
i want this and only this so back off — her stubborness is a hard thing to bent. she is very opiniated and most of the time refuses to give in when she knows she is right. unless someone gives her one or two reasons for her to give in and that reasons better be realistic or you would face another round of her wrath. that being said, blair would likely argue so much to defend her reason and having a heated arguments with none other than kris is essential. both would not back down until they are satisfied. and in time like this. junmyeon and yixing's aid are really needed. while guy like sehun and jongin would probably flee the scene with a few others and guy like minseok would feel all responsible because he is the oldest so he should think wiser and guy like zitao would break down in tears seeing his noona and ge fight over matters unimportant - at least to him. while girl like yoojin would probably butted in to give them a piece of her mind but that rarely happen and kaya would either walk away with sehun and jongin with a shake of her head or just stand by watching the scene from afar.
i am not cold mind you — blair has this thing called hatred towards making friends. she just couldnt figure out how and doesnt even bother to try. and that gained her a cold and aloof traits but honestly she is none of that. she would rather be called anti-social because she is just too busy to even think on how to make friends and go on a girls-day-out. however, if people approch her and stick out their hands for a shake as a mean of being friends, blair is all open and glad to have friends. see she is not aloof. she just wants people approaching her first instead. that is different. other than that, blair is skeptical. she is hard one to believe something out of ordinary. thats why she needs reasons and good ones at that. its not trust issue alright.

rain— it somehow gives her a calm feeling and the pitter-patter against the railings makes her aware that she is not alone. rain may seem like a sign that someone is crying and the gloomy feeling makes people get gloomy all the same but to blair rain is just another sign that we can cry whenever ist unbearable anymore.
marshmallow — she may seems like not a big fan of sweets delicacies but honestly blair needs sweetness to make her feel better after some stressful events (like heated argument?) and her favourite would always be marshmallow. even better if theres filling in the inside
sticky-notes — she has this colourful small papers everywhere. in her files, in her notebooks also at the side if her laptops. notes remind her of her work so she is grateful to the inventor of this useful sticky-notes
body-fragrance — she collects tons of body-fragrance especially from victorias secret. her favourite scent is more to floral than fruity. and a bit essence of ingredients such as silk or pearl would be even better
shoes — high-heels, flats, boots, sandals, anything you name it. she is a shoe-freak. she has many kind of shoes regardles the brands. she just love them and seeing them neatly arranged is a wonder.
pilot pens — her favourite brand when it comes to pens. from black to colourful ink. she has it all. but one that is always by her side is pilot black ink model g.2 with 0.5 ballpen
water — plain water or large scale of water like the river or swimming pool. she likes to to swim so yeah. she even likes rain
fashion show — she likes to go to fashion show and even make friends with some fashion models because she is interested

horror — she couldnt stand horrority. be it a movie or real-life story or simply an eerie place. this could be her weakness in all honesty. she could breakdown on the spot if you even try bring her into the haunted house or watching horror movies or leaving her behind all alone
darkness — corresponding well with horrority. she hates it. thats why she has scented candle in her house but sometimes even the candles give her an eerie feeling
pets — whatever it is, she hates them. no matter cute and how they can be a companion, she still refuses to adopt one. maybe because she is not loving by nature?
brain freeze — as much as she love ice cream she still being cautious with it. she is easy to get brain freeze and trust me it last longer that normal people

once upon a time

her real name is blair mary le roux while jo ahyeon is a korean name came up by her mother. blair was born of a korean mother and an american-french father in new york. blair was an asian looking girl that goes to american school so that made her insecure and very much hated the school life. but then when she entered high school its all change. thanks to her puberty she became beautiful as ever even though she still didnt have that coloured eyes and white skin she still like her transformation and that gained her confidence. when she graduated high school, blair went to new york university for diploma in broadcasting journalism. its a one year study then she transfered to south korea to pursue her degree in the same course. blair got in through a study abroad agency and she was sponsored by the sponsorship because if her good achievement in school. blair first few weeks were hard but after sometimes she adapted well and living in a dorms of foreigner didnt seem to be a problem anymore. since then she graduate with good results and continue her living in south korea.

family

father — marcus le roux  // 50 // bussinesman // persistent, loving, comical // marcus is a modern father. he is open to accept any decision his daughters make. he is very persistent in managing his bussiness. he started low and climb up without giving up. he is a loving father and he loves his daughters more than anything. marcus and blair shares a great father-daughter relationship though not as great as her younger sister. blair always helps her father when it comes to his managing bussiness.

mother — jo mihyun // 45 // bakery owner // hardworking, realistic, whimsical // mihyun is a korean woman living in new york. having a bakery in the town of new york make her an independant wife just like her daughter blair. mihyun and blair share a friendship-like-relationship. they always there for each other. when blair still a kid, she has no one to talk to because her younger sister at that time still a toddler. and mihyun always ready to hear all of blairs rants. mihyun also open with blair decision to stay in korea.

sister — aubrey jo ahreum (aubrey flora le roux) // 21 // model // outgoing, social, sarcastic // they have the opposite personality. however their mind always work the same way. they cherished the idea of being independant and being free to make decision of their own. and aubrey begining her modelling career at the age 16 in new york as a runway model. blair and aubrey shares a close relationship as sisters despite the . they likes to share things to each other and share thoughts on future plan.

friends

friend of some sort — kang yin re // 26 // unknown to blair // bubbly, friendly, selfless // yin re is the girl who approached blair during first time in college in korea. they were roommates but not in the same class. they lost contacts when graduate because apparently blair didnt make any effort to stay in contact.

enemy — lee seulmi // 26 // actress // confident, humorous, narcisistic // seulmi and blair share the same class in journalism. only that seulmi is no way interested in broadcasting but she just wanted easy access to the glamour life. in the very beginning blair sensed something off with seulmi because her overly friendly antics and bold actions really irk blair to no end. and to make it worse, seulmi didnt like blair either. she thought of her as a threat for her to shine since blair excelled in class and very charismatic without the intention to grab attention. all in all they share a mutual hate feeling.

— "do it right and lets get along, shall we?"

blair has always been good in broadcasting for that is her passion and interest. her charismatic leader-like nature is just a bonus for her that executive producer position suits her well. pathcode films starts operating in 2014 and it already bearing two producers, one handling the projects tenders and presenting ideas while the other one handling all the finances including members salary and wellfare. and thats how blair comes into the picture. the production needs someone to overlook the members work progress and someone who can make decisions when it comes to choosing scripts and actors and location needed. blair is all complete with the qualifications.



What is your dream for Pathcode Films? And how do you suppose you will be able to contribute in achieving that dream?  — my dream for pathcode film is to have this production stands at the same level as other popular film production. to get acknowledge and being respected as one of capable production and gain popularity amongst famous scriptwriters, directors and actors that we can work with. with our constant and commited in working i believe we can achieve that sooner or later. the members are all dedicated and diligent so pathcode film will stand a chance. trust me.

Do you like your position? Why or why not?  are you aiming for a higher one in the future? — i like my position. being an executive producer that needed to look after the members give me a chance to prove that i am capable in making them like me and comfortable with so that the cold and aloof traits will fade away from me. i am not aiming for higher position because this position is high enough and is all i need to make me happy and content.

If you could switch positions for a day, what would it be? Why? — hmm? i would like to switch position with an editor. as in jongdae or jongin's position. i just want to try his work and working with computer and graphic are really tempting to me. among all other position, i think editing graphics is the hardest for me. i have always wanted to try graphic editing.

DO YOU think pathcode films could go a long way? — if we work hard and give all we have. we will. no doubt.

DO YOU get along well with everyone? — hmm...i think i am. even with kris. we sure have a lot of arguments and overlap opinion but outside of working hour we are fine. he is a good man actually and so is the others.

• part-time model — kplus — march 2008-may 2008 — she participated in the spring beauty peagent and won first place that landed her a place in the modelling industry but she only worked for some months because she wanted to focuses on study. she mostly modelled for spring collection for magazines not runway
• junior writer — korea today — june 2011-june 2012 — blair was an intern here just to gain working experince before embarking in real journey. plus this internship was recomended by the university so she was obliged to follow. so she didnt really have project handled on her own.
• broadcasting producer — sbs inkigayo — july 2012-september 2013 — she was the lead-producer in the inkigayo team. she worked closely with idols and celebrities. she worked for a year until her contract ended
• fashion editor — ceci magazine — september 2013-january 2014 — she works with ceci for only 5 months because she just wanted to try fashion. fortunately for her she was accepted. having experiences in the magazines and modelling industry are a bonus. her projects mostly consists of editing fashion segments in the magazines and writing articles for runway shows.

yixing is obviously a calm natured guy. he never panic and being collected in every situation is his signature attitude. he never make a big deal out of something and always go with the flow. not one to simply voice out his thoughts. not one to simply disobey directions. yixing is reserved in many things. he also has a kind heart. always there to help someone and assists someone in anything. this high-lighted his gentleman-ness. some may misunderstand his kind nature into something more than just helping buy yixing never notices that. he is just helping and being kind. he is understanding. he understands people the most especially when it comes to sad situation. he always wants to comforst others in tears. he likes to do that because he has emphaty.

however, he is densed when it comes to hints of love. he didnt bother to notice girls attraction towards him. he just acknowledge them as friends. yixing is gullible. he believes anything thrown at him but never make a big commotion out of it. for example, theres this one girl that liked him back then at college and his friends told him just that and that he should accept the girl. but what yixing did was shrugging his shoulder and just said that its a good thing that theres someone like him. and the truth was theres no girl who likes him that had made her feelings public. expressionless as in he always smiles in anything. mad, sick, sad anything. he just smiles the away bit not that big smile. only a small one with expressionless eyes.

history — blair took interest in yixing only when she started working closely with him. they clicked off well and understood each other quite well. with yixing calm nature and blair untalkative character they were always engulfed in comfortable silence while working on choosing characters or coming up with ideas. and its not helping for blair when yixing always came after her when she was upset with kris after some verbal fighting. yixing always talked it out of her and made her feel better. that just made blair melted more into him. but of course yixing is always neutral and dense to notice her affectionate gaze on him. but blair never made it that obvious anyway so its just right for him not to notice given his dense character.

interactions — their interaction is sweet and friendly. they shares thoughts freely and its always been blair that guide him to being more opinionated. he calls her noona and blair kind of hate that but she can never really told him not to because she was indeed the older one there. only kris and junmyeon who didnt call her noona. even minseok sometimes slipped with that word but blair just being neutral with that because she respected koreans culture. now back onto yixing. he was just not aware of anyones feelings for him unless that someone really confessed on his face but for blair. she didnt even know whether she liked him like really like with romances blooming or just attracted to his nature.
