My bff ordered the tao version of exodus and M&D's albums for me 7 weeks ago and it's still not here in Germany. .. what experiences have you made with kpopmart and is there a way to get my money back or the albums send again?

maybe because of the strike in germany. they had finished their strike on Tuesday (means yesterday)
