BACKGROUND + Neptune was born before his twin and he has staied ahead of him ever since. They have been together, but Neptune has and will always been ahead, Netune.ptune has always been in tune with Jupiter though. If Jupiter was sad, so was Nep. He was very in tune t his twin
Asardians learned about their military past and all kinds of hand to hand combat. Nep loved the hand to hand combat and wanted to learn more and more. When Jupiter didnt like the hand to hand combat, Nep thought about stopping, but he couldnt. His brother came to every class with him though. 
When Jupiter manifested his powers, Nep was pissed. When their mother gave Jupiter special classes Nep was even more pissed. Never in his life had he concidered leaving his twin, excet then. Thankfully Nep manifested his powers soon and he started working on his own. He developed faster than Jupiter far faster a well. When he saw that he was more powerful than his brother Nep knew that he was the one that was going to rule after their father. 
Jupiter and Nep are the best of friends. They do everything they can together. They share everyhing and work together on everything. They almost seem to have that twin telepathic link. They also know where the othe one is at
Nep started falling into a bad sort of patern. He found it difficult to keep on track, so he would go out and do things. He often got into all kinds of trouble because of it. He thought it was fun, so he wuld bring Jupiter along with him. Jupiter never thought it was very fun though. He was always trying to get Nep to stop. 
As they ot older and older, Nep got deeper and deepe rin to trouble. When he started taking the bifrost to other realms he started having fun. He did start getting reckless with it though. He took his group of friends to a realm they had never been, bu it was a mistake. They were attacked almost righ away. The group faught to get away, but two died before they could 
Nep blamed himself and was going to find his father and take the blame, but their father was waiting for them. He was enraged at what they did and banished both the twins to earth. Nep landed somewere very warm. He set out to find Jupiter and they met up in Montana.
Nep wanted to find a place to stay on earth, but Jupiter wanted to get back home to Asgard. They argued, but Jupiter listened to Nep. He always does. One day someone contacted them There was a school for people like them. If they went and did well, their father might consider bringing them back home. Jupiter wanted to do it but Nep was not going to. He didnt want to have to go back.
He was firm about it, there was no way he was going to let his father push him around. He heared Jupiter crying one night and he knew it was because he couldnt go home. The next day he told his brother he would go to the school
 

POWER(S)/WEAPON(S) + Neptune has the psychic ability to influence, control, and even create the motion of groups of atoms in their liquid state.  He can control and manipulate water in all its forms, whether that'd be solid, liquid, or gas. Hydrokinetics are also known to be able to control and manipulate shapes and mold water into desired shapes or forms. He also can be under water for extended amounts of time. He cant breath under water, but he doesnt require the same amount of oxygen for being under water.

ABILITIES + Neptune has amasing hand to hand combat skills. There were few on Asgard who could keep up against him and he is anxious to see if anyone can compete with him here on earth. He is the type of person to have in a fight, but he is not the kind of person you want to fight against. 
Nepune is quite wary of electricity. Water plus electricity is not a good thing. He also ahtes fire. Fire and water also do not mix.  It also exhausting when he trys too hard or works on a large body of water. 
Neptunes biggest weakness is his brother. Nep would do anything to protect Jupiter and if people know that it could lead to trouble. 

PERSONALITY + Nep will not say no to a challenge. There is alost nothing he wouldnt do or try. He would do anything, he has all but no fears. He is incredibly alert, even when he has just woken up. He notices incredibly little things and he is good at reading between the lines. His energy level is hardly ever down. The first few minutes after waking up he is out of it, but after that he is aler and awake.
Nep is not very good at controlling himself. He is always firing at all cylenders. He doesnt slow down for anything, he is set in wild mode most the time. He has more than a bit of a controlling attitude though. He does not listen to people at all. When someone tells him to do something he will do something opposite it. He is quite a rebel. Nep is known as the bad kid. He was the kid who would be sent to the principles office all the time. He i quite self assertive, loud and over bearing sometimes.

HISTORY + Nep and Petra hae a very physical relationship. Often they publically display their affection and bother the other students. They met a party and just started talking. After that they started dong more than talking. They never have officially said they were dating, but they are together 

OTHER + Petra has a very unique type of power. She has two souls in her. The more dominant one, Petra, has control over emotions. She is manifest by the teal eye and hair. She is particulrly good with lust. She can make other people feel things that arent real.
The other, less dominant soul is Tomona. She is manifested with the single brown eyes. Tomona has the power to take away sadness and dispare and replace them will good feelings. 
Most of the time Petra is in control, but the professors are working on getting Tomona either in control or to get her to manifest in a differant person whos soul has left.
