BYSTANDER EFFECT: Don't Say It, Just Do It!

So I'm watching Dr. Phil right now (Yeah, I know that may be weird but his shows are actually interesting) and the episode that I'm watching is all about Bystanders who video tape fights and posting them. Now, the poll that Dr. Phil had asked everyone to participate on twitter asks viewers as to whether they would step in and help stop or video tape the fight? So, he showed the results and it shows that 88% would step in and help. But here's the real question:

How many of those people who tweeted that they will step in and help stop the fight actually will when it comes to real life situations?

You see, I would like to say that I would step in and stop the fight but I don't want to say something (almost promising it) and end up not doing it. Do you know what I mean? I'm not saying that I'll video tape the fight but I'd probably be standing there watching in horror but yet, still not do anything to help stop the fight.

Anyway, at the bottom of this post is a similar poll as to Dr. Phil's but with an additional option :)
And don't worry, no one will judge you for whichever choice you picked because the polls here are anonymous =_=
But by all means, if you want to give me your actual opinion about this whole thing, comment below xP

**NOTE: Bystanders Effect means people who feel bad for the victim but does not do anything to help since in their defence, there are a lot of other people watching the fight (or whatever situation) and doesn't see why they should be the only one stepping in to help. (This is my version of the definition and so you might want to check out the actual definition on Google - because Google's our Best Friend xD)

Anyways, vote away because that's all I 've got to say~ :D
Bye ^^
