No it's fine.

The reason we’re upset (or at least I am) is because of the principle. I’m an when it comes to principles. Like you’re in a position of power, be ing responsible with it. you’re an authority, don’t be dirty with it. You have a reputation and standards, uphold them. You’re supposed to be ensuring fairness and a level playing field, so ing do it.

Fail to do those things above and whether they’re a politician or a rec authority, my opinion of you inevitably decreases and of course your credibility and trustworthiness go to ….  Not to mention how else I will feel once the full effects of the failure have been realized (we haven’t seen that yet, but so far it’s sinking in that no matter how hard we work, our efforts can be taken away in mere seconds and they really don’t care) and I witness how you deal with that failure.

So basically I’m a moral tight which is nothing new. I don’t think YG is necessarily paying Mnet off but someone’s getting paid somewhere for this I guarantee it. According to rumor (that I can’t confirm right this instant) APINK won 17 times then the song got banned just so GDYB could get at least one win and others are saying this has happened to smaller groups before as well so there is apparently precedent for it, but who the hell messes with a group and fandom as large as EXO/EXO-L and thinks they can just slide by with it??? ’s gonna be in media outlets for days fam you can’t slide this one under the rug.

I don’t think it’s about one music show but rather again the principle. They’re wrong, obviously wrong and they aren’t suffering consequences for it and we can’t directly make them face consequences/be held accountable. The only thing we can do is make it so that we kick in spite of it all. But this is hard when the authority behind deciding that is corrupt and against us anyway. And if they do it once, it could turn into not just one music show but multiple music shows, multiple different groups, and lots of wrong instances and getting away with bull.

So yeah we should use our ~large~ status to try to influence them to cut this out. It’s unfair regardless of the group and if it’s happened to smaller groups before and they’ve gotten away w/ it, that means that those smaller groups set a precedent for them to try it with someone bigger in the first place. But if we’re large enough and make this a big enough deal people are going to notice it if it DOES happen again to someone large OR small and the more bad media attention etc the less motivation and precedent they have to continue this.

tl;dr I’m upset that this is even a thing and we even have to talk about it. It’s wrong on principle regardless of how negligent anyone perceives the win itself to be and reflects poorly on the network and administration, revealing its own corruption and bias. This could happen more than ~just this once~ during this comeback and already far too much fan effort has literally been erased and uncared for.

Mnet honestly.
