SM Dispute Update

After a day of thinking, I have finally come to my decision about what to do about my current beef with SM. I decided to file a dispute since the copyright law is on my side, not theirs.

Basically,  I can make a reaction video same as other youtubers because we use the music videos in ours for us to make commentary and review, which is called fair use. This is completely allowed under copyright law so they can't take my video down for this reason. It's not copyright infringement. Here is my claim dispute to SM Entertainment and to the people of youtube who will review the claim:

"I did not commit copyright infringement in this video or any other video I have uploaded. I made this video under "Fair Use", which is commentary and review. Fair use is allowed, therefore there is no reason to have my video blocked or deleted. I am incredibly sorry that this misunderstanding is happening and I don't want this to happen again. I would strongly appreciate it if my video was put back up. All I want is to entertain people with my commentary and positive reviews. Reaction videos are not copyright since they are made under fair use, and they help promote the video being talked about, and I used no negative words against the company, artist, or the video. If it is decided that my video cannot be put back up the way it was, I guess I will completely understand and will do the honor of removing the video completely from Youtube and will never post another reaction video for SM Entertainment or any other company ever again. Thank you for taking the time to review my claim. I hope an understanding can be met on both sides."

All there's left for me to do now is wait and see what happens. I want this to start and end as peacefully as possible. Love you SM!! I hope this won't affect my future audition for you XDDD
