WHY? TELL ME WHY?

I was just about to finish an update for my story, but suddenly, I clicked the wrong thing and when I went back to the update , IT WAS GONE. IT WAS ALL GONE.
I WAS SAD. VERY SAAAD.
DOES THIS HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE TOO? T.T 
I think I should get in a computer class or something, so that if this happens again, I can easily retrieve the lost data again.

This happened to me! One time, I just finished typing up the next chapter for my fanfic and when I clicked on send, it froze and refreshed and when I saw it was all gone, I was going to go crazy! >o<
The best thing to do it before you press the button to publish anything, copy and paste it onto the notepad or Microsoft word file first so if it does disappear, it'll be there for a simple Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V ^^;;

I know how you feel but for me it was my homework; i haven't written a fic yet, i want to but i don't have time because of school. Next time do your work on word, save it, then copy and paste it. This way your fic will be saved ^_^
