Should i just stand it?(Help!)

I had a meeting with my friends and some of them where with their girlfriends and boyfriends, one of my friends is dating this girl from my old dance studio who didn't stopped talking about how i could stop dancing and training. When my friends started giving her looks to shut up, she started giving me "hints" and saying things about how to lose weight bc by her: now i'm my chubbiest version(I know that i had put some weight on me but i'm not fat)

She didn't stop insinuating really mean things about me and to me until she left, even when my friend told to her to stop and she told him that she was worried of my health(The worst part is that i think he belived her)

This girl and i were in the same dance class and i thought that we have a healty competition so i just don't understand what it's happening now

She's dating one of my best friends so i tried to be polite bc of him but for what i know some of my friends stopped hanging out with him bc of her

I just don't have idea of what to do or why she's like that with me...i don't what get appart of my friend

Please help!!

In a case like this is really up to you friend. He can chose to stop bringing her with him whenever you all meet up, break up with her to save his friendships or stay with her and have no friends. I had a male bff once who dated this girl who has serious issues and was crazily jealous. He began to ditch us for her, after 7years of friendship, and even went so fa as to tell us to keep our distance because she got jealous. He chose to side with her and so he lost his friends. So the choice should really be up to him.

You should just tell the friend you don't really like his girlfriend and continue to hang out with him when she's not around. I'm sure he'll understand that not everyone will like her.
