She is very friendly that people practically likes to talk to her and be with her. She is very charming in a way that she doesn't have to try hard because it just comes out naturally. Kyuhee is also a sweet person. Others wouldn't actually think of her as this because she really looks like she doesn't care but Kyuhee's unpredictable, people do not know what's running inside her mind. Like a true Leo, she is very warm inside. She would unexpectedly do something for others that they do not imagine her of doing. There was an instant that one of the members got sick, expectedly she wouldn't go near that person as she is a health freak and wouldn't want to get caught fever as well. She knows her limits but that doesn't mean she can't lead as well. She is controlling at times that others would really feel annoyed at her. Moon Kyuhee was born on 15th of August in the year 1993 in Seoul, South Korea. She belongs to an above average class of society since both of her parents were receiving good pays. Her father, Moon Sangwoo, works as a graphic artist in a large and popular television network in South Korea whilst her mother, Choi Mirae, works as a theater actress that was often sought because of her great skills in acting. Both Kyuhee and her older brother, Moon Kyuhyun, had great interest in arts as well for their parents belonged in the field. As others would say, “It runs in their blood”.
At a young age, Kyuhee was not the type who gets shy and was very outgoing. Her mother would often bring her to screenings and castings as well to become a commercial model. Kyuhee would often successfully casted and she had already done many advertisements. When she was 7 years old, Kyuhee began to become more interested in the music industry. Her parents enrolled her in a singing and dancing school every vacation so her talents would be honed. She loved it and even joined in their school clubs for performing arts. When she reached middle school, Kyuhee had watched a couple of females rapping and since then she wanted to become a rapper. She would practice her rapping skills whenever she was free. She entered Seoul School of Performing Arts (SOPA) when she was in high school because of her passion to become a professional performing artist. Kyuhee still worked as a part-time model for magazines and commercial model as well until she became a trainee in SM Entertainment.
During her senior year in SOPA, the school held their annual school festivities and Kyuhee was asked to perform since she was one of the students who excels in performing. Kyuhee prepared a song and also rapped. The audience really enjoyed her performance and little did she know that an agent from SM Entertainment was there as well and witnessed her. The agent had approached Kyuhee, together with her teacher, and asked her to try auditioning under the agency. Kyuhee had informed her parents about this and they were really proud of her. Even her older brother pushed her to try since this was her dream. She successfully passed the auditions and officially became a trainee under SM Entertainment. She still continued her studies and followed the footsteps of her brother when she entered college and enrolled in Korea National University of Arts (K-Arts) and took up Vocal Music.

how did you meet // Joonmyeon and Kyuhee met because of her older brother, Kyuhyun. (Joonmyeon was a trainee in SM that time but Kyuhee was not yet.) That time, Joonmyeon and Kyuhyun were classmates in K-Arts in their film class. One day, their Professor told them to shoot a short film but the casts shouldn’t be one of them. Kyuhyun volunteered his sister to be their actress as he knows the girl loves acting as well. Joonmyeon was the director of their film that’s why he closely worked with Kyuhee. After that, they weren’t able to talk to each other again until Kyuhee became a trainee in SM Entertainment.
how you act around each other // Being the first person, Kyuhee knows in the company, they became a lot closer when she became a trainee and he acted as her guardian as well. Sometimes, he’s jealous with Baekhyun and Tao because Kyuhee became close friends with those guys too. Joonmyeon and Kyuhee’s friendship became deeper until their relationship had bloomed to another level.

Since then, the two became friends.

Whenever he's in China, he'd Skype with her and would talk about anything.
