So yeah!

What I want to know is if I delete a certain chapter, will the remaining comments will be deleted which are related to that chap.?

They answers will remain. They won't vanish.
I can confirm this, because I recently added in a temporarily chapter somewhere.
And I removed it later on. The comments on that are still in the fanfic :)
