ONE WEEK IN MALAYSIA! ♡

So, I'll be spending one whole week in Malaysia this June (asdfghjkl cannot contain my feels because I haven't visited Malaysia before) and will be brining along a little hard copy of a story with me, just incase I meet anyone of you guys there it'll be like a gift :D

Eherm, anyway, can you guys help me fill up my list of things-to-do? I'll truly appreciate it, plus it would probably make my trip worth the while :D

So, what are the things-to-do when in Malaysia (specifically Kuala Lumpur and  that other place I forgot we were going to*)

  • the best places to eat?
  • food that I must taste?
  • the best places for coffee/drinks/cakes?
  • the best places to shop?
  • delicacies!
  • awesome places to visit?
  • what else did I miss?

Welcome to Malaysia! Well you should try nasi lemak, cendol, chao gui diao, bakuteh and more of it! Kl is just shopping and all, you can visit penang, there's a lot of food for you to try! Penang has the most delicious food gather together! You have to visit penang once! Malaysia doesn't have many coffee shops, and if you want to go shopping, kl has most of the shopping centres, like Midvalley, The Gardens (they're just beside each other), pavilion, timesquare (not like NY's timesquare tho, its a little horrible actually), sunway pyramid or klcc, most of the foreigners go to klcc. If you want to go play you can either go sunway lagoon, or down to johor's Legoland (erm its for kids but there's a waterpark) and you can go to Chinatown, there's a lot of things you can find there! You can also visit melaka, there's a street call culture street, if I'm not mistaken its open every weekend during night. theres also a musuem, oh you better try laksa too when you go to penang. Penang also has the famous graffitis. Okay penang has a lot of things to visit even though I'm from kl. You can also visit ipoh, they have the famous chicken rice. I guess its call Hainan chicken rice.

Hope you will have fun in Malaysia!

Welcome to Malaysia!
You should try out roti canai, nasi lemak, cendol, laksa, fried hokkien mee and also satay! You can also come to Klang for their famous Bah Kut Teh (if you eat pork), it's just a 45 mins - 1 hour car distance from Kuala Lumpur! Best places to shop is definitely going to be Pavillion & KLCC if you are into luxury goods. But you can also visit The Gardens & Mid valley, this two malls are linked together. You should definitely visit *Petaling Street* , it's the most famous chinatown in Kuala Lumpur! You can find loads of good food around that area, but be careful of pickpockets around that area, it's quite dangerous. When you are at the area, try to find a cafe called : The Front Door / Grocer's Inn. Their toasts are very very good! You can also visit Jalan Alor, at Bukit Bintang. It's in Kuala Lumpur. You can find a lot of good food there. Do try out their famous grilled chicken wing, just ask for Wong Ah Wah chicken wing and I'm pretty sure people will know where is it.

Hope you get to enjoy your one week stay in Malaysia. Just to let you know, the weather here is pretty funny, it's gonna be super hot or it's gonna rain heavily. Hahaha. Have fun!

When in June?? I'll be around in KL until 23 so it'll be really awesome if we can meet!! :) Hahaha Dont't forget to try satay while you are here, that is seriously my favorite food all the way to the moon and back :P If you want to shop at a reasonable price, you can go to Jalan TAR or Jalan Masjid India. If malaysia of course you have to try nasi lemak!! (Coconut rice) and you should also try roti canai ( i googled the english name of it and some referred it as flying bread you eat with some gravies such as curry or dhal *flying coz that's how they make it seriously no joke XD) and there's malaysian very own shaved ice call ABC or Air Batu Campur if you want some cold beverage and teh tarik (pulled tea) for the hot one. And you should try some malaysian tradisional kuih (cakes) in any stall you can found along the streets. I'm sure they'll taste good. Ahhhh i could suggest a lot of malaysian foods but then it'll look like i'm wayyy too over-excited haha (i seriously am though, i miss my hometown ㅠㅠ)
