— selfless/caring; despite her sadistic personality, she happens to be very selfless, second to her mother. taking care of her fellow staffs is her second priority, next to taking good care of the coffee house. she is very caring to the point that she would decide to adopt a homeless child at the streets. she never been selfish in her life before but then, she knows that limits and her caring side was abused before.

— SONG YEOJIN WAS BORN ON OCTOBER 29, 1994 AND LIVED MOST OF LIFE IN GANGNAM-GU, SEOUL, KOREA. YEOJIN AND HER MOTHER LIVED WITH HER GRANDPARENTS SINCE SHE WAS A LITTLE GIRL, SHE NEVER KNEW WHO WERE FATHER WAS. HER GRANDMOTHER WOULD TAKE HER TO HER COFFEE SHOP EVERYDAY. CURIOUSITY GOT HER TO WATCH HER GRANDMOTHER AS SHE BAKE THOSE BREAD THAT SHE LOVED THE MOST, EVERY MOVEMENT OF HER GRANDMOTHER, SHE OBSERVED. EVENTUALLY, SHE GOT THE INTEREST IN BREAD AND PASTRY.
HER FAMILY WAS VERY SIMPLE BUT SHE LIVED WITHOUT A REAL FATHER THAT LOOKED OUT FOR HER. HER MOTHER REMARRIED AND LIVED TOGETHER. her mom would always annoy yeojin by narrating their so-called 'fairy tale love story' over and over again but yeojin can't take my mom's happiness away and she chose to make happy no matter what. THEY DECIDED TO LIVED ABROAD, IN CANADA, yeojin's STEPFATHER WAS A BUISNESS MAN, he's a norwegian. his name was georg fredriksen. HE HAD WORKED AROUND THE WORLD AND BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO COME WITH THEM, yeojin DECIDED TO LIVE WITH MY GRANDMOTHER. usually, during holidays, christmas and summer, they would come and visit us in seoul. i visit them in toronto, too and yeojin has a two step older brothers named aksel and gabriel fredriksen but they never met each other.
DURING HER MIDDLE SCHOOL YEARS, SHE WOULD OFTEN CUT CLASSES, JUST TO SNEAK IN TO THE BREAD AND PASTRY ROOM. SHE DON'T MIND BREAKING SCHOOL RULES, SHE WOULD FOLLOW HER AMBITIONS AND WOULD TEAR DOWN EVERYTHING THAT WOULD STOP HER FROM DOING HER AMBITIONS.
IN HER HIGHSCHOOL YEAS, SHE WAS DUBBED AS 'KING SHIN' FOR BEING AN EVIL HONORABLE STUDENT AT THE SAME TIME, YOU ASK WHY EVIL? BECAUSE THIS IS WHERE HER PRESENT PERSONALITIES AROSE, SHE DIDN'T HAVE MUCH CONTROL OF HER THOUGHTS AND ACTIONS. MANY MISTOOK HER FOR BEING REBELLIOUS FOR SOME TIMES, SHE CAN'T STOP HERSELF BUT SKIPPING CLASSES AND DO WHAT SHE WANTS TO DO, BAKING. SHE ISN'T SCARED OF FAILING OR DROPPING ONE GRADE DOWN. in fact, she was hated by some teachers in her school for they thought that she was a very bad and hard headed student. yeojin caused some troubles at that time like flooding the cooking lab after alarming all the smoke-detectors because of some burnt bread and she got called into the principal's office for using the cooking lab without permission (she was caught by a roaming teacher)
