could someone please give me some karma points? I'm trying to do something nice for my friend!

I'm embarrassed be asking for something like this, but I'm desperate, so I thought I'd give it a try.... >.<

I've been trying to advertise my best friend's story for a while already, but I don't have enough Karma points, so I keep losing the bid... (sometimes they beat me by just 200/300 points! So close >.<). She doesn't know I'm doing this, I'm trying to give her a surprise, but I'm failing terribly....

If you have any Karma points that you can spare (I don't care if it's little, just 5 points, or 10 points! Every single point helps!), please send them to me! I really want to do this for my friend, she worked so hard with her stories!! Please!
