This is something I made up of boredom (sitting at my desk at 3AM, waiting for morning to come so I can finally take my literature exam instead of studying for it - or SLEEPING!). So it may . But by all means, feel free to steal this if you want to.

1. When did you start writing?

A very long time ago. I started as a Harry Potter fanfiction writer back in the days when JK Rowling was working on Half-Blood Prince. The wait was so frustrating and I had so many ideas about how the story could turn out. It's probably still floating somewhere on the Internet, but I'd rather forget it. It was so embarrassing...

2. What do you enjoy the most about writing?

Being able to share it with readers and getting feedback! Even if people don't like it, it's still very valuable to know why they didn't like it. Constructive criticism all the way! But those lovely "you made my day" comments make my day, too ^.^

3. What is your preferred genre?

Hmm, this is a tough one. Obviously, I write a lot of silly romance. But I think that's because I write here, on AFF, where the target audience wants to read silly romance. For me personally, writing scifi/fantasy/mystery is probably the most preferred thing. Don't worry, I write plenty of those... they're just not really getting published anywhere. My dream is to turn one of those works-in-progress into a real book one day.

4. What do you dislike writing?

Okay, first of all, there are some things I never read/write when it comes to fanfics: over-dramatic sentimentality and male pregnancy. Those are the two big no-nos for me. Then, there's yuri that I don't read because I can't relate (but can read if I have to). And then there's the "you" genre that's kind of unique to fanfictions, I think. I don't do that either. Other forms of 2nd person narrative, I'm fine with, but I just don't read any fics that have the weird "you" reference or "___" or anything in that manner.

5. OTPs?

My top OTP is Jongkey. That's a must. I've made like one exception in all of my stories (The Fifth Wheel), but that's it. I'll probably never do it again. Because you simply DO NOT break Jongkey. Apart from Jongkey... there's not really an OTP for me. I ship Myungsoo with like everything, and then Gyuri's cute with anything that worships her beauty, and then there's my precious Ren.... No, I don't have any real OTPs apart from Jongkey. I can make up a pairing on the spot and I can write a perfectly fine cheesy romance about them.

6. What genres do you think you need to improve on?

. I'm a terrible writer because I just can't hold back the giggles and I'm too embarrassed to write it for too long. So I keep my scenes pretty short. But I'm working on fixing that! Then, there's psychological. I'm not good at projecting thoughts onto paper. I can totally visualize how my characters are feeling and all of that, but I at putting it into words.

7. What is your weakness as a writer?

Writer's block!  After I burn through the initial motivation to write a new storyline, I usually get stuck and have no idea what to do next, even if I have the story planned out. Even if I have written in my notes "this chapter, Key runs away and Jonghyun searches for him, but he gets on the scene to late blahblah," I still get stuck and have no idea how to start the paragraph. But the nice thing is, once I get going, I'll finish it.

8. How would you define your writing style?

My writing style is kind of flat, I think. I have very little descriptions and lots of dialogues. My dialogues are pretty good, but the "he says" parts in the story are pretty bland. I need to experiment more with direct speech manipulation. Also, I seem unable to stop myself from putting a funny remark every now and then, no matter how serious the story is. Is writing comedy my destiny? O.o

9. What is the work that you're most proud of at this moment?

Hard to say. Mr. Perfect was perfect when it comes to comedic relief, but in a hindsight, it was kinda immature. But then, I did say that the story is not to be taken too seriously... Hmm, probably The Fifth Wheel? I think is a good blend of kind-of-angst and fun. And it's a storyline that I can relate to the best, because a lot of it is based off of my life. Like the part when Myungsoo was blowing.... just kidding xD Not that part.... maybe? xD Okay, I'll stop now.

10. What do you have in store next?

Well, I am working on Guilty Pleasure right now. I am also aware that my older stories (stories I started before 2015) need to be updated or have some closure. And even if you don't believe me, I am working on them. I'm just... taking my time. Sorry. Anyway, those needs to be finished at some point, too. But my priorities right now are The Fifth Wheel, Don't Meddle with Time, Agent Kim, and Before I Sleep (god, I can't believe I haven't updated since November. Gotta fix that like immediately!). So for the next month or so, you'll see me working mostly on those. At some point in March, I should update at least one of my older stories (I'm nearly finished with an update for 2 of them). And at the end of March, there's Guity Pleasure coming up. My fest. And, maybe at some point in April, I will unleash my super-secret-not-so-secret-anymore-now-that-I-think-about-it project with Rennie! xD Oh, did I ever mention that my top 5 male biases now consist of Myungsoo, Jonghyun, Sunggyu, Jungmin, and Ren? He somehow snuck in there in the last 3-4 months and I haven't even realized it. LOL.

Okay, sorry for all the unnecessary rambling. And yes, I know I'm still rambling on. I can't help it. You guys know how talkative I am. I would love to just keep talking about everything forever. But I can't. This blogpost needs to be finished at some point or else I will never post it and no one will ever read this and I will have spent the last 24 minutes wasting my time. OKAY. Got it.
