Am I too young to go on diet? Help please

Suddenly I feel like I should start changing myself. I feel really fat which makes me more and more lazier days now... I also want to go back to my skinny self, but I'm really fat now. I'm still quite young, so I have no experience before. So I was wondering if I'm still too young?

I'm 14 years old by the way, turning 15 next May, I weight around 132 to 135 pounds. And my height is 4 feet and 8 inches. My Doctor had told me twice already that I'm over weight and need to loose weight and too short.

But all he said is too eat healthy foods, which gives me no idea how to starts. So if I'm not too young, friends who came across this, please give me some advices or tips on how to lose weight, necome skinny and become taller.

I really need help on this, so please do help me if you have been on diet before. Please tell me if I need to do more activity around the house. Right after school, I will finish my homework and then just lay on my bed watching k-dramas or read stories. 

If I really need to move my body, please tell me what to do. Pleaseeeeeee! Right after I eat, I will just sit on my bed and then wait for like 30 minutes before laying back down. Please tell me what to eat and given examples and what should I do for activities. 

I will be really thankful if you can help me. Just a little tips is already the best! Sorry for boring you with this blog. Byee~

I don't believe in the word fat.
Everyone thinks they're fat.
I think I'm fat.

To start with, you will NOT lose weight if you only exercise. 75% of your diet happens in the kitchen.
I lost 5 pounds by replacing my sweet cravings with berries and strawberries.
Start by exercising twice to 3 times a week. Cardio first and then work your arms and legs and abs.
Don't overwork yourself. I know people who almost died from over exercising.
Eating too little calories will only hurt you. It will not make you lose half a pound even.
Never skip a meal. Drink water. Drink water. Drink water.
DRINK LOTS OF WATER, especially before meals. It will make you feel full faster.
CUT DOWN SUGAR.
Pinterest is the way to go. You'll find lots of tips there ^^

actually in this condition it is okay to diet to get yourself into a better condition or just to stay healthy. But don't skip any meals or anything! I am always looking at healthy foods and dieting tips and i'm only 13 don't worry it's totally fine. And also try excircizing too, maybe just a walk out side or a 10 minute excirsize will do!

Im 15th last january, my mom told me not to do diet. Cz it'll make us feel tired easily. Just make sure u always doing some sport activity, especially cardio. Have a squat in the morning and have a jogging in the evening good for our body. Eat fruits often, and dont forget to always drink water.

For beginner of dieting and losing weight is going to be overwhelming but don't worry because at the end you are going to be looking good.

I was 156lbs and I had lost a lots of weight which my current weight is 125lbs. So I'm just going to begin talking about dieting.

Dieting is going to be hard since you are going to be cutting out some junk foods you like to eat the most. While dieting eat and drinks. The food that I'm going to lists down will be the food you might like to eat such as, fruits, vegetables, whole gains, low fat dairy, lean meat, seafood and bean or nuts. All of those are consider as low calorie that will satfisty your hunger. (best to eat low calorie foods)

Working out got to be fun! This is a must so please pay attention! Always have plenty of protein and water in your system because of you don't then you will just going to faint or be a title but dizzy. I want you to get out of your house and run around your neighborhood or the park like about 3-4 laps. When you all finished with that come back home and drink plenty of water and eat a protein bar to keep your sugar level a little bit up.

Now, it time for the work out like sit ups, push ups and etc. I always excerice with doing yoga but sometimes I go on YouTube and search up work out video. My favorite youtuber is Cassey Ho. check her workout routine and her dieting plans.

Remember to always has a positive mindset while working out and set yourself a target for every two weeks. I will advise you to look at Cassey Ho work out because trust me, she will put your whole body into soreness!! Be safe. Be happy. Be positive. & Always watch what your eat. I hope this help you! I'm 14 and going to be 15 and my mom made me go on a diet and it would be good if you eat friuts and dance to fast kpop songs or any song that can make you sweat lots.

Hi! So for me in 5'5 and i come from a family that is very short my mom is 4'11 and my dad is 5'5. As a child i drank three cups a milk a day, but for your age one cup a day should do the trick to become taller (too much calcium can actually be bad for you) Also my parents own a spine inverter table and i use it 3 times a week, it basically stretches your body and helps your spine killing two birds with one stone.

I am an athlete so I am constantly active, you should find something that you are good at but also love! You should change your diet based on how many calories you burn a day too! For me during swim session I eat three times a day, but when its not swim session I eat around two meals a day. This is how I decide how to eat throughout my day eat breakfast like a queen, eat lunch like a princess, and eat dinner like a peasant x)

try eating fruits instead of junk food. it's delicious and if you freeze it, it will taste like candy. like grapes. work out and make it fun. dance to kpop songs or maybe try to watch their dance practice. you don't have to be perfect of course. it's for the sake of working out only. have fun! dance to upbeat song will make you sweat more. (i recommend kara's mamammia. their song are fast and within 2 hours, you'd be sweating like a sinner.) eat more during breakfast and lunch but trying cutting down abit during dinner. i don't exactly remember the benefits but it works. don't starve. good luck!
