Foreword
In the 1940s, there were wars everywhere, with no exceptions in South Korea.
Leaders of different areas have been fighting to be the main leader of the country.
Bangtan Boys, the leaders of Busan, were the ones causing huge conflicts between other areas and many were on their side, supporting them in becoming the main leader of South Korea.
Thus, they were made as acting leaders of South Korea until final decision has been made.
They knew who the ones that supported them and who didn't: Seoul, Jeju-do and Gyeonggi-do.
Since sweet talking didn't convince them into making Busan the leading area, they were going to kill the leaders of those 3 areas without involving.
