"Yah! Choi Kyuwan" Sunggyu called her name as they were hanging around in Kyuwan's room.

They were neighbor. Sunggyu lived in front of Kyuwan's house. They were friends since they were kindergaten. They were good friends. When there was someone who wanted to tease either one of them, they will protect each other. Both of them learned taekwondo. 

"What?!" Kyuwan pissed. She was completing her History homework. She turned her chair to Sunggyu who was lying on the bed, staring the ceiling.

"This. Catch!" Sunggyu threw a bracelet to Kyuwan.

She caught it "What is this bracelet for?" she asked

"It's the sign of our friendship" he turned his head to Kyuwan as Kyuwan was seating behind his head "and as your coming high school graduation present. DON'T! You ever dare to lose that bracelet. Get it?"

Kyuwan nodded "Thanks" she kept the bracelet inside her drawer and continued completing her homework.

Kyuwan have been liking Sunggyu for a long time. Since they were elementary. But Kyuwan wasn't brave enough to tell him the truth. All she could do was seeing Sunggyu happy with the girls he had relationship with when they were in high school. When Sunggyu was happy, she was happy too. That's make her couldn't even confess her love to Sunggyu because she wasn't brave enough and she felt that Sunggyu just like him as a friend. Not more than that. So she thought, it was useless for her to confess.

"Yah! Choi Kyuwan!" Sunggyu called her again

"What?!" Kyuwan turned her chair to him

"Do you remember our promises?" he asked

"Yes I remember" Kyuwan turned her chair to her desk

"What is it?" he asked

"First, we promised not to hit or beat each other using our taekwondo knowledge" Kyuwan answered

"Second?"

"We will still hang out together although we will go to different universities"

"Third?" 

"There's no third promises" Kyuwan turned to Sunggyu and rose her eyebrow

"And here is the third one, we will never leave each other no matter what happens" Sunggyu stared her, serious. "Promise?" he pointed out his pinky finger

Kyuwan grabbed his finger and smiled "Promise"
