"Mr Hong, thanks for your entrustment," Hye shook his hand

"I'll be leaving her in your hands then," Hye smiled proudly as if she was marrying her own daughter to a son-in-law she likes dearly

"Let's go. Girl. Friend" he smirked at Nicole

She smiled forcefully and followed his lead out of the company

"Mr Hong, I have to discuss some details with you. Can we go to the cafe?" her attitude changes 180 degrees after the incident

'Interesting girl' he thought

He nodded and both of them headed to their destination

They took a window seat but immediately both became the spotlight in the cafe

"One Macha Latte and one Americano for him please," she smiled at the waiter

The waiter was left star strucked by her beauty and stuttered, "Y-yes"

"Ms Han, weren't you suppose to not flirt with anyone besides me? Besides, how do you know my coffee preference?" he looked at her playfully while resting his chin on his hands

"Oh dear, was I flirting? I'm sorry Mr Hong," she smiled and looked out of the window

"and about your coffee preference, I got to know it from the incident this morning," she said nonchalantly, as if it did not matter to her anymore, while enjoying the view from her seat

It was a sunny day, but it was definitely the worst day for her

She was dragged by Hye to go shopping, which she hated most; someone spilt coffee on her, which made her mood worse; and now this person is a client of hers. Worst. Thing. Ever.

"Here's your macha latte, and you americano sir, please enjoy your drink," the waiter served the beverages and left

"So what is it that you wanted to discuss about?" he took a sip of his drink and asked

"I need to know your reason on hiring me" she looked at him with loving but empty eyes

"My grandmother is sick, she wants me to get a girlfriend," he replied

"Okay, so how long's the contract?"

"3 months"

"Fair deal. But first thing's first, I'll call you Marcus"

"Fine with me, Nicole" 

It was just weird that she wasn't using his Korean name, but he shrugged it off anyway

"Since it's for an elderly, we would have to plan on how we meet and all those little details"

"Sounds fine to me"

"How old are you?" she asked

"21"

"Then let's say that we met in the university, we met through friends and fell in love"

"Okay. Leave your weekend to me" he said

"Well, our weekends are always for our clients"

"Very well, wear something decent. I'll be waiting at your apartment at 11. Both days."

"Sure, see you in a weeks' time, Marcus," she said and left

'This girl is surely interesting' he thought

He paid the bill and left the shop

"Meet me at the office in 10" he said and hunged up the phone

"Sir, today we have a shareholder meeting in 5, conference at 2. These are the documents that you requested" a man said as JongHyun and him walked through the lobby of a 30 storey building, heading to the lift.

"Bring an americano to the meeting room"

"Okay"

He then put on his coat and left for the meeting room.

"Greetings all, I'm here to announce that this month's revenue had increased by 200%. The documents on your table are the plans in the future" he said


This is another side of JongHyun. Which JongHyun you might ask? The part time barista, the university student, YoungAe's (Nicole's) client. He is the CEO of the most successful trading company in South Korea, Hong's Trading

No one knows this identity of his besides his executives; not even halmeoni knows about it. He only does barista out of his personal interest

Why would he look for a girlfriend then? Furthermore from Girlfriend Corporation? 
He doesn't know either. Sitting in his office at the top floor of the building, he starts to work and something came across his mind

"Aiden, please check on this girl"

"What a bummer," YoungAe said as she reached her apartment

She changed into her casual clothings and tied her hair up into a messy bun, then headed to what she loves to do most, blogging

She logs into her blog, and there she is, ranting about her whole day on her blog. 

"Ae, I've sent an email of your client's information, do check it," Hye called

"I'll view it later, thanks" she said and hunged up the phone

She then started viewing the attachment

"Hong JongHyun, you're going down" she smirked while looking at his profile
