I'm so sorry for the terribly long wait guys! I've been pretty busy and I didn't even have time to breath TAT but now I have some free time (all hail holidays!) sooooo I present to you the first chapter of the story! Enjoy guys

“Sooryun wake up or you’ll be late for work,” a soft voice said and carefully nudged the sleeping girl on the bed. Sooryun groaned and slowly sat up, blinking slightly

“I’m up now thank you unnie. I’ll be right down” Sooryun said, her voice still slightly hoarse since she just woke up.

Kyungri, Sooryun’s sister, smiled and patted her head slightly before getting off the other girl’s bed and getting out of the room

Sooryun made her way off the bed and went to do her daily routines before heading downstairs for breakfast. She smiled slightly when she smelled the familiar scent of eggs and pancakes

“Good morning princess”, Mr Kim said and placed a peck on Sooryun’s cheek. Sooryun smiled and greeted him back, giving him a short hug before heading to her mum to get her breakfast

Sooryun went next to her mum and without even turning, the older woman had already passed Sooryun her plate, an egg and a pancake nicely placed on the plate

“You know me so well mummy! Good morning” Sooryun greeted happily and placed a kiss on her mum’s cheek. The older woman chuckled

“Of course I do, I know my family well. Head in front, I’m just about done here and we can have breakfast together before leaving for work” Mrs Kim said and Sooryun nodded, skipping to the dining area

Once she arrived, she took a seat next to her sister in front of her dad, her usual seat and nudged her sister playfully. The girl looked at her curiously

“When are you going to introduce me to your boyfriend? I work in the same company as him and I never met him even once” Sooryun asked and Kyungri rolled her eyes

“I told you our relationship had to be kept a secret. And don’t exaggerate, I’m sure you met him in the hallways or something.

He told me he saw you a bunch of times before” Kyungri chuckled and Sooryun made a face before her father interrupted the two

“Okay calm down girls we can see each other’s boyfriends in the near future when you girls decide to get married”, Mr Kim said and the girls laughed

Mrs Kim came and took a seat beside her husband and the family said their prayers before eating their breakfast

Once breakfast was over, Sooryun washed the dishes while Kyungri helped to clean the table. While doing so, Mr Kim had already started the engine, ready to help send his daughters to work

“Sooryun, dad’s ready let’s go!” Kyungri called out and Sooryun. Sooryun wiped her hands and gave her mum a peck on the cheeks before grabbing her bag and meeting up with her sister on the front porch

She entered the front seat of the car and her dad started the engine, driving off. Sooryun went on to reply some messages that she didn’t get to attend to

While doing so, she read one that managed to get her attention

“BIGHIT party?” Sooryun muttered, which gathered the attention of her dad and sister. Her dad gave her a curious look while her sister let out a chuckle

“Can you believe it? They’re making a party because BTS is doing well for the company and they want to hold an appreciation party” Kyungri said and Sooryun nodded in understanding

“I guess the suggestion I gave Mr Bang was taken into consideration. That’s good, the boys are doing well” Sooryun said and smiled to herself

“Well, considering the fact that Sooryun is already a big girl and I won’t ever be able to stop her from doing anything she wants to do, I’ll let you go to the party”,3 her dad said and Kyungri giggled

Sooryun chuckled in response and shook her head, knowing clearly that her dad was the laidback type who was pretty chill with parties

They arrived to BIGHIT within the next 30 minutes and Sooryun bid goodbye to her dad, going up the building with her sister by her side

They talked about a bunch of things on the way up until her sister had to bid goodbye. Kyungri is one of the song writers in BIGHIT and she works closely with the boys

I guess you guys can roughly know how her relationship with Hoseok started

When they parted ways, Sooryun went to the pantry to get her 2nd cup of green tea and placed it back inside the cupboard before heading to the desk

Sooryun groaned when she saw files stacked on her desk untidily. Knowing that it was going to be a long day for her, Sooryun went back to the pantry to get some snacks

On her way back to her desk though, Sooryun bumped into a pretty tall and slightly muscular guy. Sooryun groaned when she fell on the floor and whimpered slightly

She knew she twisted her ankle, since she was wearing heels, and sighed. The guy hurriedly offered a hand and was frequently apologizing by now

Sooryun just chuckled softly and shook her head, looking up to see a baby-faced looking guy staring back at her, a worried expression plastered on his face

“I am so sorry are you hurt anywhere?” the guy asked and Sooryun smiled and shook her head slightly

With the help of the guy’s hand, she pulled herself up but whimpered slightly when she felt a stinging pain on her ankles.

“Oh no, you twisted it. Wait here, I’ll get you an ice pack” before Sooryun could say anything, the guy had already disappeared into the pantry

Sooryun gently massaged her ankle and waited for the guy to come back again. Not 5 minutes after, the guy returned back and gently pressed the ice pack on her ankle

“I’m okay you know, don’t worry about it,” Sooryun said gently and the guy pouted to himself and shook his head

“It's alright I feel really bad that I made you sprained your ankle” the guy replied and Sooryun chuckled and takes the ice pack away from him

“I’ll walk it off just fine don’t worry about it. You should go back to work. My desk is just there” Sooryun said and pointed at her desk that was not far from them

The guy nodded and stood up, bowing to her slightly

“I’m really sorry for bumping into you,” the guy said again and Sooryun smiled and shook her head. The guy ran out after reassuring that Sooryun was fine

Not giving any thought about the guy, Sooryun limped her way to her desk and took a seat, arranging the messy files on the table before begging to type away on the computer.

After work~

Sooryun waited until Kyungri to come and get her from her office since she felt that her ankle was hurting a bit more than it did in the morning

Sooryun just continued typing in some work that was meant for tomorrow, since she had some free time, to distract herself

“Is your leg okay?” a voice asked and Sooryun flinched, her eyes wide. Sooryun looked up and met eyes with the guy that she bumped into in the morning

“I’m so sorry I just didn’t know your name or what to call you so-”

“Its alright I’m fine” Sooryun interrupted the guy and chuckled softly. The guy just smiled sheepishly and rubs his nape awkwardly

“I’m Sooryun, one of the marketers here in BIGHIT. You?” Sooryun introduced herself and the guy smiled

“I’m Jungkook, from BTS” Sooryun’s eyes widened once again and the guy chuckled softly. Sooryun awkwardly plays with the keys of her keyboard, not knowing what to say next

“You did well in promoting our album sales” Jungkook started and Sooryun just chuckled and flushed slightly

“Its nothing really. You guys are just a natural on stage. Congratulations on your first win. Mr Bang was really proud” Sooryun smiled and Jungkook chuckled sheepishly, rubbing his nape

Before he could continue the conversation though, a voice interrupted them. Sooryun looked behind and saw Kyungri walking towards them.

“Oh-Kyungri noona hello,” Jungkook said and Kyungri looked at Jungkook, surprised.

“Oh Jungkook-ah, hello. What are you doing here?” Kyungri asked, looking at him than to Sooryun.

“Do you know her?” Kyungri pointed at Sooryun and asked again before Jungkook could reply. The guy just chuckled and shook his head

“I wanted to check up on her because I was the one that caused her sprained ankle,” Jungkook said and smiled sheepishly, rubbing his nape

Kyungri looked at Sooryun and the girl just smiled sheepishly.  Kyungri shook her head and chuckled slightly, knowing how clumsy Sooryun can get

“Well, it's okay. Sooryunnie here can get really clumsy. Once, she had to go to the hospital because a battery got logged in her ear” Kyungri said and Sooryun’s eyes widened as she glared at her sister
