The two came back after fixing themselves up and Kyungri immediately stood up and went towards Sooryun

“My goodness Sooryun I got so scared that i thought something happened to you. Why didn’t you pick up my call?” Kyungri asked worriedly and the rest of the BTS members gave judging looks to Taehyung, who placed his hands up in a surrendering position

“We were just talking at her office and she was showing some of her baby photos at her computer. I guess we just lost track of time and didn’t notice out phones going up” Taehyung said and Sooryun just agreed

She can’t lie and Kyungri knows that all too well so she told Taehyung to make up the story and thankfully, they didn’t suspect a thing

They then took a seat at the table and began to eat. Sooryun was finally loosening up and she was talking freely to the boys although there is one person she tries to avoid though

Jungkook realised how different she acted now. Sooryun tries her best to avoid him. She sat close to Taehyung and doesn’t even take a slight glimpse at Jungkook. He felt slightly hurt by her actions but he didn’t want to make a scene

Especially after he finally made up with Taehyung. He wants to give them space to get back on track. Taehyung probably felt the most at lost and he doesn’t want to interfere.

However during the short time they knew each other, Jungkook actually liked talking to Sooryun. Its like the girl best friend that he never had

He was usually awkward but Sooryun is just so calm and brings up topics so easily that he finds it fun to talk to her and it’ll be a loss if they never talked anymore

Just in time, Sooryun excused herself to go to the toilet. Jungkook waited for a few moments before faking a stomach ache and going to the toilet as well.

Once he was out though, he waited by the toilet area and when Sooryun finally popped out, he got off the white wall and cleared his throat. Sooryun looked up and her eyes widened slightly before she tried to avoid him by going the longer direction only to be stopped by Jungkook

“Jungkook-sshi, please let go of me. This is really inappropriate” Sooryun tried to get her hands back but Jungkook just held on

“Promise me you’ll listen to what I say first. I promise you can go after” Jungkook said, hurt was slightly evident in his voice and Sooryun immediately felt slightly bad. She stopped struggling and sighed before turning to him

“I have no words to say. Oppa-Jungkook-sshi that night was a mistake and even though we’re drugged I don’t think I can see you in the same light

I love Taehyung oppa and I don’t want to hurt him by being close to you” Sooryun confessed and that made Jungkook loosen his grip on her hand. Once she realised what happened, she brought her hand close to her chest and turned away, walking off

“I just wanted to be friends. You were my friend before the incident, why can’t we continue to be friends after? It wasn’t our faults” Jungkook said out, stopping Sooryun on her tracks. She felt terrible, she really did. She knew it was hard to lose a friend even if they only knew each other for a short while

However, she didn’t feel right about talking to Jungkook, even if they’re just friends. She wants to make it up to Taehyung and by distancing herself from Jungkook, it makes her feel better

Sooryun just sighed and continued to walk off, leaving Jungkook alone. Jungkook just sighed and leaned against the  white wall again. He lost his girlfriend and a good friend in such a short amount of time.

He felt powerless and upset so instead of heading back to join the boys, he sent Jin a text that he’ll be heading home because of his upset stomach and plugged his earphones in. He needed time to himself and the only way he could do that was by jogging

He left the building and began to run. He didn’t have a location set in mind, he didn’t know where he’s going but he just went wherever his foot took him

“Oh? Jungkook is heading home his stomach isn’t good” Jin said out after realising the maknae hasn’t returned after a while and the rest of them looked up at Jin curiously, everyone except for Sooryun since she knew he left because of her words

“We should end this and check up on him, make sure he’s okay,” Jimin said and Jin shook his head

“He said he wants to be alone and not run into people when he wants to go to the toilet,” Jin said and Namjoon took Jin’s phone before examining the message. He shook his head before shrugging

“You know him he’s not the best when he’s sick so” Namjoon took another bite of chicken and the rest just relaxed except for Jimin. He just stood up and told them he wanted to check up on Jungkook so they allowed him to go

“Babe are you okay? You seem a bit pale” Taehyung said and the rest turned to Sooryun, who blinked in confusion before shaking her head

“I’m fine Oppa what are you talking about?” Sooryun laughed it off awkwardly. Kyungri frowned before placing her hand on top of Sooryun’s forehead and pursing her lips when
