It was the night before Seventeen's fifth comeback and everyone who was anyone was at the party that was being held. The girls dressed in nice dresses, while the men wore button up shirts or even suits depending on their taste. You were there in a soft pastel pink dress that fell right to your knees. The dress was strapless and a soft, huge bow lay across your chest. (the dress, but a lighter pink and goes to knees)

Your brother, Mingyu was wearing a dark blue suit with a light blue tie and the man that always had your full attention, Wonwoo, was wearing a white suit with a cute bow tie. You couldn’t help but to stare at him as he walked around the dance floor. You felt an elbow press against your side and looked over to see Mingyu looking at you with a look that told you he had caught you staring, “You should just go and talk to him. Or just confess. It’s the twenty first century, girls can confess now”.

You simply shook your head, “I can’t. He just broke up with his last girlfriend about three weeks ago. It’s not the right time plus…I don’t..”

“You don’t want to ruin your friendship…I know”.

You sighed as your brother finished your words, he had known about your crush on Wonwoo since the first time you met, during their debut stage for Adore U. He had seen the way your eyes lit up when you talked to Wonwoo, the way that stupid smile would fall across your lips. At first he hated it. I mean, no one would want their sister to date their best friend, but after some time he grew to accept it and support it. The only issue was the fact that Wonwoo seemed to never think of you the same way you thought of him. You were friend zoned to the point that he would always come to you for advice on the girls that he liked at the time.  At first it hurt you dearly, but over time you were used to it. You would rather be his cupid than be nothing to him at all. 

Mingyu sighed once more, before ruffling your hair, “Well I am going to go dance with the guys. Don’t you dare just stand over here the whole night”. 

“I won’t”, you promised as you watched your brother go off to dance with the rest of his group members. You looked around the dance floor once more, but didn’t see Wonwoo anywhere. 

“Boo”, you turned to your left and jumped a little when you saw Wonwoo standing right there, smiling down at you.

“Yah”!

He just laughed and lightly fixed your hair as it had become a bit messy do to your brother’s actions earlier. “You look beautiful tonight”. You looked up at him with big eyes and pink cheeks. You told yourself not to think about his words too much, but your heart wouldn’t listen to your mind. It was beating so fast and you knew your cheeks were darker than your dress. “May I have this dance”? 

You looked at him and then back down to the hand he was holding out to you, with a shy and slow movement you reached out and placed your hand in his. It felt like electricity was running freely throughout your whole body. Soon you were on the dance floor and your face was snuggled against his chest as you swayed back and forth in his arms. “I have a song I requested to have played”.

“Oh.. what song”? 

He pressed his face against the top of your head and smiled, “You will see”. Soon the music began to change and another slow song came on. You listened closely to the song and as the lyrics played through your ears you couldn’t help but to glance up at Wonwoo. 

“This song”…

“Your favorite song right”? You gave a small nod and soon it felt like the whole world had stopped, just the music playing in the background of the world that consisted of only Wonwoo and you. 

And now we’re standing face to face

You bit onto your bottom lip as Wonwoo just looked down at you with eyes full of something you had never seen before, “I realized how much of an idiot I have been”. Your lips parted as you let out a small breath. Could this be true? Was this really happening? 

Isn’t this world a crazy place?

“Why didn’t you tell me how you felt about me”? You suddenly grew scared. What if this was the end? What if he hated you now? Tears began to fill your eyes, loosing Wonwoo was like the world ending to you. “Don’t cry please”, he spoke out softly as he used the pad of his thumb to wipe away one of your stray tears. 

“I don’t want to loose you”. 

“Who said anything about you loosing me”?

Just when I thought the chance had passed, you go and save the best for last

You looked at him with such confused eyes, but in a moment you were no longer confused. He leaned forward slowly and pressed his lips to yours, the song still playing in the background and a few shouts of cheers coming from voices you knew as your brother’s and the rest of the Seventeen members, but all that mattered now was that you were kissing Wonwoo. Your wish had finally come true. He really had saved the best for last.

First off...I know I have people who have requested certain things, I will do them as soon as possible, but I have run into a problem. I have to sell my computer to a friend temporarily.
