5th July 2015 11:00 am   Luhan's slouching in his seat, waiting for the English lecturer to enter. He hasn't finished the work assigned to him, mostly thanks to his part time job.   After his mother had deserted them, both father and son, and after... the accident, old, ageing Mrs Xi, his grandmother had taken him in.   Although the kindly old lady had offered him to provide for all his necessities, Luhan preferred to be independent, really. Just having a shelter over his head and food was good enough, so he decided to take up a part time job.   "Hey! Lulu!" Xiumin calls out, slipping into the seat beside Luhan.   "Lulu? Lulu?!" Luhan's eyes widen, "How many times have i said not to call me that?!" Luhan clamps his hand over his loud mouthed friend, embarrassed, at how loud he'd said "Lulu". The nickname had been created from the very first time they'd met, and it had stuck, much to Luhan's displeasure.   Luhan wanted to be seen not as a girl, but a boy, a man! Why was he born with such a girly face, he always wanted to know.    "Lulu~" Chen taunts from the table behing Luhan, laughing madly and clapping like a seal.   Luhan can't help but face palm at his friend. Remind him why they were even friends in the first place.   Before he can swear at Chen, the lecturer, Mrs Lee enters.   Mrs Lee's quite youthful looking for her age, and Luhan has ever considered asking her what brand of cosmetic products she used. Today, her jet black hair is tied into a neat bun, Luhan supposes it takes many bobby pins. She's donning a crisp, stiff maroon jacket, and her skirt matches it. She knocks twice on the table, gaining class's attention.   "We have new students today, Kim Jongin and Oh Sehun." She says.   Luhan squints at the door, making out two dark silhouettes, before realising that he's forgotten his contact lenses again. Oh well, he'd just have to depend on Xiumin again, if Luhan himself doesn 't fall asleep. On days like this, Luhan's jealous of his friend's perfect eyesight.     "Annyeonghaseyo, I'm Kim Jongin, but call me Kai." Says the first transfer.   "I'm Oh Sehun, please take good care of me." The other follows.   "Right, please take a seat," Mrs Lee says, pointing, before continuing,"Take out the lecture notes i handed out yesterday please."   Luhan slouches over the table, eyelids already closing.   Although Luhan has a bad habit of sleeping during lessons, it had never gotten him into trouble. He aced every test, minor and major, and exams the university had thrown at him, and never failed to make it into the dean's list every semester.   "And that is why the main character of this short story..."    Luhan's in class physically, but his mind is already floating off. A few minutes later, Luhan falls into sleep's temptation.   He's walking down a dark, empty corridor, and spray paint decorates the surface of the stone walls.   Luhan continues on, his footsteps echoing through the empty space. He looks down at his feet; why are there metal cuffs around his ankles? Why are his wrists in chains? His foot steps into a pool of liquid, and somehow Luhan already knows what it is. Why is it dripping from the ceiling, the red liquid?    Although Luhan wants to turn back, to leave that awful place, his legs involuntarily continue moving forward, chains rattling.
