Kim Jongdae "Chen" and Kim Minseok "Xiumin" have known each other for quite a long time, about ten years and they're really good friends. However, when  was 9 and Xiumin 12, due to certain reasons, Chen's family had to move away. Chen told his friend it was due to his father's job, promising Xiumin that when they would see each other once again, they would still be friends. Chen wasn't one to break promises, so Xiumin had no options but to believe his friend.

After ten years they accidentally bump into each other, but the place where they meet isn't a typical place for a reunion. In fact, they meet in hospital. For Xiumin the reason was just a small injure, but what is Chen's reason?
