The two met up more often, still as friend. They found the best time between their job and school, and favorite places to hang out. Sometimes it would be the game store they first met, or the coffee shop they bumped into. There, at the game store they couldn't chat much because literally it was Taehyung's working place. The coffee shop was more relaxing, but they had to get out of there whenever they caused too many noises.
Taehyung wanted to try other places, really. He thought of a place that more peaceful for two of them but not awkward.
"Somehow I want to try playing games." Jimin sighed. "I'm feeling so old fashioned. Nerd."
An idea popped out of Taehyung's mind.
"You know you can always ask me to show you how." He smiled. "So, your house?"
Jimin almost immediately said no and Taehyung's smile faded. It wasn't a rude answer though, but still Jimin felt guilty. He wanted to make an excuse and apologized but he didn't have time for that, because little did he know he was dragged into somewhere by the taller.
"Come with me."
Where?
He could only say it under his breath. He was afraid that Taehyung was mad at him and maybe it wasn't the right time to speak. He swallowed hard, slightly panting of his attempt to catch up the other's bigger steps. And he didn't realize when it stopped.
"Ouch!"
Jimin once again bumped into Taehyung's back but he didn't fall this time. Taehyung still held his wrist gently.
"Are you okay?" Taehyung turned to face the shorter with concern. "You're sweating a lot."
"Do I?" Jimin cupped his cheek with his free hand. "I'm okay though."
"Come in first." Taehyung opened the door in front of him."I'm gonna get you water."
Jimin just nodded at that, still feeling confused. He looked at the surrounding and walked to the couch, before sat on it.
Taehyung's apartment.
"So, he wasn't angry?" He muttered lowly. "I thought he would throw me in the middle of street and let a car hit me and watched me died."
"Why would he do that?"
Jimin looked up surprise and found Taehyung held a glass of water with furrowed eyebrows. He didn't expect Taehyung to be there and heard all he just said. Now he felt like the crazy one.
"Blame my imagination."
Taehyung shrugged, giving him the water and sat down beside him. Jimin thanked the latter and drank it, not noticing that Taehyung touched his forehead and it kinda made him flustered.
"You get light fever." He then cupped the cheeks. "See? Your face is red now."
Jimin choked and put down the glass. He caught off guard by the sudden closeness. Not that he didn't like it, he just wasn't prepared.
It's because you are so close!
Taehyung frowned and patted the coughing boy.
"Jimin, you're not okay."
"I am." He inhaled deeply.
Is it just me or it feels so hot here?
"Don't lie."
"I won't lie to you."
Taehyung raised an eyebrow, amused of what he just heard. But seemed like Jimin didn't want to talk about it more since he now was burying his face on the nearest pillow, letting out his embarrassed state. The slightly younger chuckled quietly and just shook his head.
"Okay then. Let's say I believe your words." Taehyung got up from his seat, walking to the game console and turned it on. "Now, shall we play?"
Jimin slowly lifted his head. He saw the latter was busy choosing the game, pouting when he didn't find what he searched for. Jimin leaned back on the couch, not realizing that he silently admiring his friend.
Cute.
His eyes widened at the thought and he mentally slapped himself for that. He instat
