Description

Taemin believed if he spent time with Jongin for a weekend, he could be happy enough to last another month in his lonely and wistful life.

Foreword

In the midst of procastinating on my essay this came about.

Rated PG-13 for language. There is a tiny brief mention of suicide.

Inspiration: I moved a couple of months ago and I never thought I would miss them so much but whenever I see them I get so happy. But when it's time to say goodbye I feel like crying, like maybe I wouldn't feel so sad if I decided not to see them again in the first place. I get very nostalgic about things okay, I'm sorry.

Chapter 1: Firstly, I adore the fact that they have this strong bond and they need each other, but their relationship isn't described as a romantic one. And you didn't put any ual context so bless you dsjfhgdjhfg idk I'm just glad because you kept the whole fic realistic and natural & the focus is strictly on taekai's feelings. Secondly, damn, my heart clenched so painfully, I swear I could relate to Taemin's thoughts here and imagine myself in his situation. You put it in words accurately, I guess because it's inspired by your own experience, right? Thank you for writing and sharing a fic that contains something personal of you; I appreciate it a lot <3
