It takes a while, but Boa eventually manages to overcome Yunho’s reticence toward her.   She’s genuine and friendly: always seeking the bright side of life, just like his Jaejoong used to, and initially, her presence is a reminder of what he’s missing.  But as he gradually stops seeing her as the embodiment of his loss and begin to think of her as someone who is helping keep a piece of the one he loves alive, he warms to her until finally she’s as much a part of the family as his own dongsaeng.

When she takes a position as the head social worker at the same orphanage at which Jaejoong used to volunteer, Yunho admits that perhaps she came into their lives for a reason.  And when she’s there to finalize the adoption paperwork so that Yoochun and Junsu can finally bring home their baby girl, Yunho’s can’t help but feel that his Jaejoong had a hand in making that happen for his “other soul mate.”

Boa isn’t the only donee Yunho comes across.  One warm afternoon when he’s babysitting three of his nieces, he meets a young boy with delicate pink skin like new sakura blossoms near the swings.  He quickly makes friends with Yunho and his nieces, and innocently explains how nice it is to play in the park again after being sick.  Childish curiosity from the girls leads him to reveal that the “inside of his bones” made his blood sick, so the doctors gave him some new filling for them, and now his blood isn’t sick anymore.  The children spend a happy afternoon together,

Chapter 5: This love story is so beautiful it made me cry. I cried with Yunho for losing the love of his life and soulmate. I cried too because Jaejoong lives on in people he has helped and brings some comfort to Yunho.

Thank you very much, author-nim!

Chapter 5: I'm crying. I know it's not the point, but you made me go through a mourning process again, and if only it could happen like that and I could see pieces of him as easily as seeing colors in the street.

It's a really touching story, and although I know a mourning process it's hard and painful, it becomes bearable.

It's just that I hate characters' death, but that's because I don't deal well with death. Aside from that, it was a really lovely story. In the future, I'll limit myself to the first two chapters, if you don't mind, though.
