Changing Lenses (Sequel) - INDEFINITE HIATUS-

“You know we should stop meeting like this ZiTao. It’s not professional at all.” You said walking under his arm that was meant to pin you to the wall.

“I told you call me Tao. There’s nothing wrong. I’m a model and you’re a photographer.” Tao followed you as you changed your lens.

It was nearly a year since Chanyeol had gotten married, the last time you saw him was on his wedding day, where you thought you’d get over a married man, a year since Tao had started to pursue you.

“This is all business, you’re working, I’m working so quit playing around and get ready for the next shot.” You looked sternly at him.

“Feisty, I like that.” Tao smirked at you.

Pursing your lips you turned the flash on your camera and quickly took a picture of his smirking face, momentarily blinding him from the sudden flash of light. As Tao changed into his next set of clothes you couldn’t help but wonder why he would like someone like you. You had to admit he was good looking. But, he intruded your life, popping out of nowhere, texting you good morning, and always asking you out. You weren’t sure how he got your information, you assumed it was Chanyeol. No matter how much you tried you couldn’t seem to let go of Chanyeol. You quickly snapped out of your thoughts as you heard footsteps coming closer to you.

“He’s all ready.” The make-up artists blushed.

You looked at her quizzically, not sure why she looked so flustered before thanking her and turning around to look at the shooting set.

Your jaw nearly dropped to the floor when you saw Tao, his white button up shirt open and revealing his lean upper body and his black skinny jeans exposing his hip bones. You walked towards the set and cleared your throat, expecting some side comment from Tao. To your amusement he looked at you sheepishly.

“Ok, let’s get this going.” You looked at him as he began posing. You couldn’t help but smile to yourself, noticing how natural he looked. You couldn't deny he was handsome.

“Tilt your head to the left a little and move your elbow in a bit.” You signaled with your free hand.

He couldn’t get the exact angle you were looking for as you tried to shoot from a slightly different angle.

“Move the light to the left please.” Your told one of the staff as you set your camera down and walked over to Tao.

“Like this.” You put your hand on his jaw and tilted it as you adjusted his elbow before walking back and grabbing your camera.

“Ok, keep that pose.” You snapped a photo before noticing the faint blush on his cheeks.

“You ok?” You asked peeking out from behind the camera in front of your face.

He nodded, not able to look at you in the eyes. Weirdo. You pursed your lips and continued the shoot.

“I think these are great. I think we’re done with the shoot.” You smiled at everyone and shut the camera off.

The staff quickly began to clean up the shoot and started to put everything back in it’s place in the studio as you and Tao both looked at the photos you took pointing out which ones he liked and didn’t like as you edited some here and there.

“Want to tell me why you were blushing there TaoZi.” You teased, your smile quickly fading noticing his upper body was still exposed.

“Want to tell me why you’re blushing now?” He retorted.

“You should get going, I have another shoot to do later on today.” You snapped out of it.

Tao simply smiled at you, noticing the outline of his abs, his disheveled hair, and boyish smile. You turned to finish putting away your equipment before you felt a warm hand gently tug your hand, making you turn around. You looked at Tao questioningly.

“You called me TaoZi.” He gave you a small smile.

You felt your face heating up again before turning around again, “You told me to call you Tao, I like TaoZi better and you should really get going.”

All the staff started leaving, heading to the next photo shoot you had next, you were running out of time.

“Go on a date with me.” Tao persisted.

“No.” You said firmly.

“Why not?” He asked turning you around to face him.

“Because I don’t date.” You answered bitterly.

“Just once?” He looked at you pleadingly.

“No.” You answered again.

“Is it because of Chanyeol?” He finally asked.

“You are a model, I am a photographer, you are a client from an agency. That’s all it should be.” You said trying to evade his question.

“That’s all the professional stuff. Just one date, you can leave anytime, and I will never bother you again if you want.” Tao said pouting.

“Fine. I need to go.” You sighed, turning to leave for your next appointment.

Before getting in your car you noticed a text message, “Tomorrow at 6, I’ll pick you up at the studio. By the way you’re cute when you blush ;)”

You couldn’t help but scoff reading the message before quickly replying to his text.

“What am I getting myself into?” You asked yourself as you started driving.

_____________

“You look good in white, you should wear it more.” Tao smiled at you as you got into his car.

“Don’t look so bad yourself.” You responded.

The car ride with Tao was mostly quiet, his car was what you expected, chic; black with leather seats. His music sounded familiar as he rapped along.

“You rap pretty well.” You said nonchalantly as you looked out the window.

“You look really pretty with your hair up.” He said quietly.

“Ah, uh thanks.” You blushed.

_____________

“Well you sure do like your fine dining.” You looked around the chic restaurant Tao brought you to.

The night went on and you found yourself enjoying yourself. You learned that Tao learned wushu when he was young and that he was fond of fashion, rapping, and to your shock going sight seeing. From the looks of it he just looked like some high end fashionista.

“You don’t really talk much about yourself do you?” He smiled taking a sip of his water.

“There’s not a lot to say about me. My life is mostly photography.” You smiled.

“Why do you exactly like photography so much?” Tao tilted his head in curiosity.

“No one’s ever asked me that.” You looked at him stunned.

Tao gave you a questioning look.

“Errrr, it’s hard to explain but I’m not really good with words or expressing myself, photography can be really relaxed or really meticulous and I like that I can make any image have any tone to it, so I can at least cultivate how I feel in a picture.” You smiled to yourself.

“Have you ever taken photos of Chanyeol?” Tao whispered.

You knew it wasn't a question you were meant to hear but you answered anyway as your smile faltered, “Yeah, I had a project in college and I used him as a muse.”

You looked up at Tao, his mouth slightly open as he nodded his head. “Did you like him then too?”

Before you could answer you saw someone familiar walk through the door, “Chanyeol?”
